Size up when considering a 3 ring set, fits tighter than 1 ring option.
I ordered the blue stone ring and it was beautiful. I also ordered a 3 ring set and I would keep in mind when ordering this type of set, size up 1/2 size as 3 rings together do fit tighter on your hand. The rings are beautiful and I would definitely order from this company again. Customer service is responsive and offers a fair solution to any issue you may have.

I had to write another review I received another ring from Maxine. I think it was my fourth or fifth ring, but I’m not writing around the amazing jewelry. They have the quality of the Joy I’m writing because I had a problem with a ring. I approached the company. They not offered me a solution. They offered me several solutions that were very customer service oriented. They went out of their way to make a situation right a small situation. I have to say they’re very easy to work with. They are very accommodating and their jewelry is still just outstanding. I don’t know how they do it for the prices that they do, but I will be buying many more pieces from this great company. Please don’t waste your money with those other fly-by-night jewelers. This is where you want to spend your hard earned money. I promise you you won’t be disappointed.

I order a 3 ring engagement ring. In a size 9. Even though I received only 2 rings, it is very beautiful. It has excellent shine and I make sure I take care of these rings. I don’t submerge it in water. I’ve received many compliments on my engagement ring. I did reach out to customer service and it does take 24-48 hours for a response. But they do answer. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent ring purchase, which was intended to commemorate my 50th wedding anniversary. The central stone, despite being a certified Moissanite for which I incurred a significant additional expense, is considerably smaller than anticipated. Furthermore, the side diamonds exhibit an appearance that suggests they are not genuine. Given that this ring was meant to be a lifelong adornment, I am deeply embarrassed to have reverted to my original, modest wedding set from 48 years ago. This situation is profoundly disheartening.
Your company prominently advertises an exceptional exchange/refund policy, even providing a dedicated form for return details. However, a critical piece of information is omitted: the return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer. While you mandate tracked shipping to confirm dispatch, you fail to disclose that returning such a small item can incur costs approaching $100.00. Without any financial assistance from your company, I am currently unable to cover these shipping expenses, leaving me with the burden of two ring payments on a limited fixed income. Consequently, neither ring is suitable for my upcoming anniversary celebration.
This experience has caused me significant distress, and the prospect of my vow renewal anniversary has been severely compromised

I love my rings
I love my rings! They are beautiful and true to size individually, and the quality is great.
I am only knocking off one star for two small things (not deal breakers). First, one of the rings was shown fully stacked in the photo, but when stacked exactly that way, it was much larger than expected. When I say large, I mean it would have sat past my knuckles. I’d say I have pretty average-sized hands. Luckily, I was able to restack both rings and mix them differently so it worked out.
The second issue was pricing timing. About 30 minutes after I placed my order, I saw an ad for buy one get one free, which would have saved me around $75–$100. Obviously, it is what it is, but it was a little frustrating.
Overall, I am very happy with the rings and would still recommend them.

Better than I expected
I don't usually leave reviews, but this purchase was worth mentioning. I ordered a ring and was honestly a bit nervous ordering jewelry online. Shipping was faster than expected and the packaging was secure and nicely done. The ring looks even better in person than in the photos and feels comfortable enough enough to wear all day. After wearing it for a couple of weeks, I can say the quality really holds up. Overall, a very solid experience and I'd definitely consider ordering again.
