Refund nightmare
2/25/26 The ring I got is a pretty ring but the middle insert solitaire just looked to gaudy. I returned this a month ago and also had to pay for shipping to China and still have not heard a word from them on the status of my refund.I emailed them several times and still nothing. I paid through Afterpay and I am still being charged for this purchase. The phone numbers listed don't work. Today is 2/28/26 Finally got a reply in reference to my refund.Hopefully it will come through soon.

Amazing. Stunning. Arrived super quick
I was a little nervous at first because the rings I ordered didn’t ship until a week after I purchased but I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away saying it was a brand new design and they had to craft. I received 3 days after it was shipped and the rings are stunning. I’m so happy. I bought for Tavel rings so I’ll see how they do for travel but right now I can say I will buy from them again!

Impossible to return.
I ordered rings in April of 2024 and the color of the metal was not as I expected. I immediately requested to return the rings. I got the approval and followed all the instructions. I tracked the package since it had to go to China. It went through customs in June of 2024. I waited until August and sent an email with no response. I have emailed service at maximize jewelry several times never getting a reponce. I just received the box back that I shipped. I emailed pictures of the box and still no responce. And no refund.

I tried to return the two items I purchased the same day I received them. Their policy states you must contact them first to return anything. I did this several times with no response. They ignore you so you can’t return items until the return window has expired. They don’t care at all about their customers.

BEWARE! RETURNS GO BACK TO CHINA AND ARE LENGTHY
I purchased several items from this company because their quality and price seemed reasonable. I ordered several items because of style and sizing. I ended up keeping a set I settled for, however returning the others has been a NIGHTMARE! First off, the site say their returns are fast and easy. That is far from the truth! Nowhere on the site does it state that items have to be returned to CHINA! Had I known that I would have never ordered from them. I sent back my three different packages all worth around $1000 that I paid for (not to mention the "express" shipping I paid for plus having to pay to send them back as well) and they just have been sitting in customs for OVER 1 month! That is unacceptable! While they do answer my emails, this is so off putting. For this fact alone I will not purchase from them again and caution other to be very sure about selections before purchasing.
UPDATE 2/16/26: Since I cannot reply to the merchant on here and they did send me an email, I will post an update here. The merchant offered to give me a refund in the form of a gift card to their store! Why would I want a gift card to a merchant I do not plan on buying from again. Sorry, but that is an unacceptable "resolution". And I know they can refund my original payment method before receiving items because they have done it for others. I have seen it. I'm not saying they are obligated to, but don't tell me you can't when you clearly can and have done it for others.
