Very good professional service. Arranged a zoom demonstration as I was not able to go to the store because of Covid. Very helpful staff and the guitar arrived 2 days later. Very well packaged in 2/3 boxes and bubblewrap. Guitar was even better than it came across on Zoom.

Once again, very good and fast service with these guys. Last time i was looking one certain guitar and here is were i found it, nowhere else in Europe at that time. Same thing now with couple of new effect pedals. Im a happy guy from small town in Finland, once again !!

I have been buying about 5 or 6 guitars at Max Guitar for the last 10 years and they have always given me good deals for exellent guitars. I just gott my hands on a new one and did a great deal on it with them. even offered to pick up the trade-inn at the country i live, how is that for service.

On top of that they really know their business and guitars. I will definately come back, this i my kinda place.

My first review on Trustpilot but an important one as I really would like to emphasize how great my whole online experience with Max Guitar was. From the beginning (first Emails about the guitar I was looking for) to the (perfect, fast and safe) delivery of my dream guitar. Everything was nice and professionell, the contact was always really friendly. Will definitely visit Max Guitar in the future again, as soon as my equipment has to be expanded :)

I ordered 2 x D'Angelico guitars for delivery to the UK after an exchange of messages and phonecalls about the customs and VAT charges etc. The guitars arrived safely and were not only exactly as described, but actually better! In fact I couldn't be happier with the instruments, and the friendly attentive and courteous service provided.

Was shopping around for a new Telecaster, so I paid a visit to Max Guitar's retail store in Scheveningen.
Staff is helpful and unhurried, got to try out a large selection of guitars and left with the one I liked best and a matching beautiful case. They gave me a good deal on a trade-in guitar as well.
Couldn't be happier with their service!

Great service

Last satuday I came for a small american sized wrench for my Fender tremelo bridge. The man in the tune shop gave me one of his own stock for free. That’s what I call service. They even straigtend the neck an gave free advice hoe to adjust the bridge . Many thanks. Kind regards Ruud Noorlander

After having an electronic issue with my ES335 I went to the store an hour before closing time expecting to drop the guitar off for a repair and unexpectedly the guy from the repair staff fixed it directly and I got a working guitar back within 30 minutes.

First experience with the guys at Max Guitar and it was a real pleasure. I asked for a guitar model and they sent me high quality pictures of their available items in stock for me to choose from. They reserve the one I wanted at no cost. Communication was very fast and extremely friendly. They provided honest advice and delivered as promised: Shipped the day of purchase. Arrived as expected. Their customer support is great: the response time is crazy short, even on Sundays; answers are direct and useful; delivery time is good; shipment prices are reasonable... In short, really good service.

My 14-year old son brought in his guitar today; he got a VIP-treatment by one of the friendly and skillful staff-members. Turned out my son ruined the internal wire of the input jack, and it was repaired while we spent some time in the shop; looking at and trying some of the amazing guitars. We left the shop with a fixed guitar and a my son had the sure feeling he was seen and treated as a serious musician.
