In the past the Chiswick branch staff used to be very helpful and provided excellent service. The people now working there give the impression that customers are just a bother. They make no effort to be helpful or even try to sell you anything. I was happy to pay a premium in the past but will now go somewhere else.
Non existent customer service
Item was a good price. Delivery a little slow. The main issue though was that 2 emails to their customer service email never received a reply and that is simply unacceptable.
Wouldn't use again for this reason.

It took weeks to got replies to my queries have now gone silent and I am still without return shipping lable or refund. AVOID ordering online. Order MW3294 for reply

Terrible after care service
I have had my Dior sunglasses for 4 years and the white frames have turned a patchy blue for an unknown reason as I’m only ever wearing my sunglasses or they are in their case. I contacted maverick and wolf given the sunglasses are around £400 and have been informed there’s nothing they can do. I will not be purchasing designer sunglasses from here again. I do not expect £400 sunglasses to have such issues.

Not impressed.
I went into the Chiswick branch to order some glasses to try on—simple enough, right? The staff assured me they’d be ordered and would arrive the following week. I was told I’d get an email when they came in. Great. Well, two weeks passed—radio silence. So I had to email them to check. The response I got? Curt, unhelpful, and honestly, with a tone like I was inconveniencing them. They told me no, the glasses weren’t in, and that I’d be emailed when they were. That was November. It is now May.
Since then? Nothing. Not. A. Single. Update. I’ve had to chase every time, like I’m begging for scraps of information. Each time being told it would be a few more weeks (clearly not). It’s actually unbelievable. At this point, I don’t even care about the glasses anymore—it's the blatant lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service that’s absolutely unacceptable.
If you can’t fulfil an order or keep your customers informed, then just say so! We’re adults—we’ll take our business elsewhere. And you know what? I did. I went to another company and had my glasses in TWO DAYS. Imagine that!
Safe to say, I won’t be giving Maverick and Wolf another second of my time—or a single penny. Do better.

Delivery was quicker than expected, but customer support is slow to respond, which was frustrating. Overall, an average experience that could improve in certain areas.

My experience with this company was outstanding. My sunglassses arrrived two days after placing my order. Communication was frequent and clear. The glasses were packed beautifully and everything was exactly as I had ordered. Could not be more plasesd with the entire process. Thanks you! I look forward to buying again

Avoid, two months later with no item
Ordered a pair of sunglasses back in October. There was an issue with delivery and I did not receive my item. I have spent a month and a half jumping through hoops and going back and forth with customer services to receive my item which I have paid for. Replies to my queries have now gone silent and I am still without item or refund. Would not recommend ordering online. Order MW1640 for reply

Had a great experience at the Brompton Road branch. The shop itself is very modern, clean and smart with a great selection of glasses, as well as an impressive sunglass selection downstairs. All the staff were really friendly and Drew was especially helpful, with a great knowledge and answered all my questions as I don’t have a very straightforward prescription. Would recommend to anyone.

Maverick & Wolf are one of the rare shops and overall as a company, that still embrace a high end service with absolute personal touch. I travel down from central London anytime I need a new pair of glasses and it always time well spent.
