From our headquarters in Dartford, Kent, and our European depot in Estepona, Spain, we offer a wide range of services to suit all budgets and requirements, including UK and International Removals & Shipping, long and short-term storage, packing and unpacking, and piano and Fine Art handling. We are fully insured, and our dedicated team of experienced and professional removals experts will take care of your belongings, from the first phone call, through the planning process and on to your move itself, with the utmost care and attention. We understand that moving can be a stressful time, so we will do everything we can to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We also offer a bonded Customs Warehouse service for international removals, saving you cost and effort when dealing with HMRC. From start to finish my experience went smoothly. There wasn't a moment where I felt nervous about the process. Extremely helpful shipment manager called David was always available to answers any questions. Everything was made very clear and Bessie also helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. I couldn't of asked for more. The removal team worked fast and efficiently on pick up and drop off. If you're ever thinking of moving countries I give these guys a ring amazing service and worth every penny. A huge thank you to the team.

From the start of making enquiries as to transporting our daughters goods to Spain until the goods were saftely delivered we recieved excellent advice and service from Matthew James removals. A great company to manage us through…
A great company to manage us through the stressful process of moving home - our first in 40 years but not for Max who helped us through the planning and changes to the scheduling which came along at short notice. Steve was with us the day before the move to calmly and speedily pack all of our precious and fragile items ready for move day. He was both professional and sociable giving advice on the less fragile items which we had chosen to pack ourselves. On move day Steve was joined by Tony B and Ricky who were obviously a team who had worked together before. Furniture, white goods and electricals were all carefully loaded onto the van with plenty of wrapping material and soon delivered the 50+ miles to our new home. It has taken us 6 weeks to unpack and organise most of our goods but thanks to the organising and packing which the team put in, we have been able to feel in control as we unpacked and nothing has been broken. Great work lads!

Moving to France and Spain…
Moving household items to France and Spain was a breeze with Matthew James. The packing was efficient and was perfect on arrival in both destinations. The time from packing and delivery was incredible, 10 days to Spain. The delivery driver was in regular contact and make the special effort to arrive extra early in order that I could be on time for a work appointment. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all cost
Horrible experience with this company. Delivery delayed by 4 weeks without notice or explanation. Items missing and broken. Items were not packed by Matthew James as per the agreement, and our furniture was not unwrapped upon delivery as per agreement. Shocking customer service, threatening and bullying email responses. Avoid at all cost.

The team were polite and efficient. They arrived on time and no request was too much trouble.
Our furniture and other items arrived intact with only a few very minor damages, impressive considering how far they had travelled
