I was scammed and deceived
I purchased two products, but they only sent one and did not send the second item. When I contacted them to inform them that I had only received one product, I did not receive any response or assistance.
When I canceled the order for the product that I did not receive, they sent me a message saying: “Please return the product so we can issue a refund.” I informed them that I had not received the product at all, but I still did not receive any reply.
The customer service is very poor, or they might be scammers.

if this were a fraudulent website, you would not have received any product at all. Fraudsters take your money and never get in touch again. You received 1 of 2 mattresses. What kind of scammer would do that? Furthermore, scammers would not send a link to TrustPilot, where you could write a review that is publicly visible to everyone else. After all, they wouldn't want other customers to be warned. So... obviously it's not a scam, but simply something that went wrong.
Now that that's cleared up, we should try to solve the problem. Please send another email to our customer service at customer-service@matratzen.discount and explain the problem.
We hope that the misunderstanding can be cleared up soon and that you will receive the second, missing item or get your money back as requested.
I can explain what happens when items are lost. If a package is lost or cannot be found, we as the sender must submit an official investigation request to GLS. This process is necessary so that GLS can internally check where the package was last scanned and whether it may have been misrouted or damaged. Unfortunately, this investigation always takes some time, as several locations and teams are involved.
I understand that it is frustrating to wait for a response, but unfortunately we cannot speed up or bypass this process. We are just as dependent on GLS's response as you are.
As soon as we receive news from GLS, we will contact you immediately and do everything we can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost. Received the mattress and it's stinks nearly vomited looks like its been sat in some depo and a few dogs urinated on it. Im not even joking. Very bad customer service would respond if a week time. No returns unless i pay the postage which is in Germany and you only have 14 days for them to receive the item. Unbelievable
Thats my experience how £110 go in the bin

I placed my mattress order in early January, which means it’s been over two months now — and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have sent you four emails already. Three of them received exactly the same copy‑paste reply, and the last one hasn’t been answered at all.
There is no issue with my email — everything gets delivered just fine, unlike your promises. Each time you’ve said the mattress would arrive “next week” or “within a month,” yet nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating — it’s ridiculous.
I now expect a clear, concrete delivery date immediately. If you cannot provide that, I demand an instant refund.
It’s unacceptable that a paid order has been delayed this long with nothing but empty messages in return.
This is the last attempt to resolve this directly with you before I escalate the matter further.
I am very disappointed with my order from Matratzen.discount. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 9th, but I have not received anything — no delivery, no tracking information, and no notification about any delay.
I have also tried contacting customer service by email to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response. The complete lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating.
I would appreciate a prompt explanation and clear information about when my order will actually be delivered. Unfortunately, this experience does not give a reliable impression of the company.

I would give 5stars for the product…
I would give 5stars for the product itself. It is worth the value and the quality is very nice. The mattress can be used either side if you want firm or soft. It came in rolled and can be carried alone if you live solo.
Customer Service is not very helpful and i felt like im talking to a bot. 2 stars.

We do everything we can to ensure that our products are shipped quickly and efficiently. The tracking link should remain active during the shipping process.
Slatted frames are heavy, and they get thrown around and dropped by shipping companies, which sometimes causes the boxes to break and the parts to fall apart completely. This may be why your shipment has gone missing.
I recommend sending an email to our customer service team at customer-service@matratzen.discount with your order number. We will then ask GLS or the other shipping providers involved to investigate where your package was last seen.

A very good mattress
They shipped my mattress to Denmark and there was absolutely no problems. The mattress is absolutely as good as any mattress I would have bought here in Denmark, but this one only costs half as much.
I am very satisfied with the mattress it has a good quality and I have finally had some good nights of sleep since I got it.

The delivery was supposed to take 1–2 days, but I waited more than 10 days, and for a long time the package hadn’t even reached my country. The shipping was extremely slow, and I was very disappointed at first — I even left a 1-star rating because of it.
However, the mattress itself is truly amazing. It feels incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. So while the delivery experience was frustrating, the product quality is excellent.

Very poor customer service ordered a matttress and for changing size there is no option.They deliver from germany to netherlands in less than 24 hours but do not have option to return it back in Netherlands.Asked me to send a heavy matttress back to them and bear the cost which is more than the mattress cost itself.
