Uneven surface after less than two months
I ordered two mattresses Sleezzz® Superior T18 pocket spring mattress 120 x 200 cm H3. Two at the same time in Middle of March. First, they arrived separately and the quality is different, one is more firm than the other. And we are at the end of may and already the firmer one change shape and have uneven surface. I don’t recommend at all. Had so much high hopes for the mattresses

I have been satisfied with the service
I have been satisfied with the service. One star minus - there is broken logic in the order with multiple positions. Also there were a delivery issues, it took around two weeks to deliver the the local parcel center, and then I have been informed that details for delivery are missing. So I had to go the the center and pick up the parcel in person.

Unfortunately, I cannot see any details about the case on this platform. I assume you know that we do not have our own shipping company - but I cannot tell here whether we made a mistake beforehand or if it was purely a GLS problem. Either way, I am glad that the problem could be resolved successfully, even though you had the extra effort of having to pick it up at the parcel center. I personally would not have liked that either. Sorry for that.
I hope you are now satisfied with the K10 mattress and can spend many pleasant nights on it! :)

Leider kann ich hier auf dieser Platform keine Details zu dem Fall einsehen. Ich nehme an du weißt, dass wir keine eigene Spedition haben - ich kann aber hier jetzt nicht erkennen, ob wir da im Vorfeld was falsch gemacht haben oder das ein reines GLS-Problem war. So oder so, freut mich, dass das Problem erfolgreich gelöst werden konnte, auch wenn du dafür den Extra-Aufwand hattest, das extra im Paketzentrum abholen zu müssen. Darauf hätte ich persönlich auch keine Lust gehabt. Sorry dafür.
Ich hoffe, dass du mit der K10 Matratze nun zufrieden bist und viele angenehme Nächte darauf verbringen kannst! :)

Site is a fraud, it appears british and doesn't highlight anywhere that mattresses are imported and you have to pay customs. Mattress arrived late and it looks dead cheap. Avoid.

If you measure the height immediately after unpacking from the vacuum, you may not immediately reach the ordered size. Please give the mattress up to 72 hours to fully unfold. If it still does not reach the promised height after that, please contact our customer service at customer-service@matratzen.discount so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Bitte beachte, dass eine neu gelieferte Matratze durch die Rollkomprimierung für den Transport zunächst etwas Zeit benötigt, um ihre volle Höhe zu erreichen. Wenn man sofort nach dem Auspacken aus dem vakkum die Höhe misst, kommt man tatsächlich nicht sofort auf die bestellte Größe. Gib der Matratze bitte bis zu 72 Stunden Zeit, um sich vollständig zu entfalten. Sollte sie danach immer noch nicht die versprochene Höhe erreichen, kontaktiere bitte unseren Kundenservice unter customer-service@matratzen.discount, damit wir das Problem schnell lösen können.

Has not arrived, delivery date was 30th it's now the 5th they have not contacted me no tracking number

I ordered 2 mattresses, received only 1. And i still see same mattress as available immediately. Nobody replies to my emails, after phone call i still got no answers when or will i get it...
