Terrible service, never again
Dreadful experience, never again. I placed an order based on the promise of a promotional item, which was not included. They say it is not in stock, but the promotion made no mention of "while stocks last" or anything like that. They accepted and shipped the order without confirming that I wanted it without the promotional item. Their replies are evasive and inflexible, terrible customer service.

Wrong shipping costs
The webpage stated clearly, that shipping is free for my country and the amount spent. However there where shipping costs added.

I was completely satisfied
I was completely satisfied. The product I ordered (a gigaminx) arrived quickly, and its quality was excellent. They included a free 3x3 cube as a gift. I happy with it. Its quality is fine, not the best, but it was free, so I cannot complain :)
I will definitely shop at this webshop in the future.
