I ordered a GAN 12 UI FREEPLAY and it…

I ordered a GAN 12 UI FREEPLAY and it was broken out of the box. the cube didnt connect to the cube station app and the lights were not blinking. i tried charging and everything and nothing helped the situation. for a cube thats over 120 dollars you should not be dealing with these kinds of problems.

Quality store with great customer service.

Mastercubestore have been a fantastic to order from. They are quick with their deliveries and very helpful with problems. I've ordered multiple cubes from them and am very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them to purchase from.

i oftenly buy rubixs cubes from their site and the deliviries are always flawless (exept for my first time) exept if you put in the wrong adres.

The quality of the wood was very poor

The quality of the wood was very poor, bits of wood sticking out, horrible.

I bought few of their wood puzzles and the quality is very poor. I wouldn't recommend them.
