After order the delivery took one day, from Denmark to Finland, but after that it took five days before local post carried to me.

Amazing!
I love the website. I have ordered twice. The only criticism I can give is the "filter" system.as I am quite a new cuber, I bought cheap cubes, however, when filtering by lowest price, a lot of the discounted cubes came up. While I understand why you would do that, I would still prefer to have the filter work perfectly.

Truly off the charts amazing customer service
Their customer service is truly amazing. Rarely have I experienced such generosity and willingness to make the purchase such a great experience.
We ordered a product for my 9 year old son. According to the tracking code it never was picked up by the delivery company. When I contacted MasterCubeStore a week after order, they reacted immediately and sent another one. Not too much later the cube arrived. They went the extra mile to make sure their product was delivered (they could have said to wait yet another week). Thank you MasterCubeStore!!

Great customer support, best cube store!!!
