Fast, transparent service
I only find good words for this one. Found my wanted Cube fast and it was clearly explained with nice pictures. Delivery was fast and uncomplicated. Will buy there again without hesitation.

Order never arrived
My order never arrived. It's now been a month since I placed the order. The postal carrier says to contact the store. The store hasn't responded beyond telling me to check the tracking link. The tracking link simply says "delivery time unknown".
No help from the store, no money back either.
EDIT: After some weeks the store got in touch with me and offered either my money back or to send the cube again, so at least the issue has been resolved.

Two things to improve
Everything was good and fast.
But parcel tracking wasn't working fine - online it said my package arrived two days later than it originally arrived (- my neighbour said he had it already for two days).
The other thing is that I ordered Rubik's Cube metallic magnetic and not magnetic - on paper they were called "...800" and "...800-A" but I couldn't tell them apart until I used a scale for help, because even on the packages of the articles was the same article-number "...800" - that wasn't very helpful by learning if my order was delivered right.
