The delivery was beyond late. I had to chase up more than once. When it eventually arrived, I went to try the top & couldn't understand what was wrong.
It then became apparent that the seam from the bottom of the right side of the garment all the way to the top of the sweater .
Having reported the fault I then discovered i was expected to pay to return the item, despite i had taken photos of the damaged item.
Clearly I will never buy from them ever again!

Useless company, possibly a scam. They do not want to accept a return even though they advertised it to start with. The company is registered in China and had no address in the UK. Has anyone thought of suing them?

Ordered a coat from these scamers my heart sank when it took so long to arrive it was then I realised it was some more tat from China the Internet seems to be full of these scamers from China when this so call puffer coat arrived it was completely crap no padding and very flimsy you couldn't even go out in it on a mild day tried to get a refund no answer to my e mails so a complete scam

Absolute rip off don’t buy anything from them. Product I bought nothing like received and they won’t give refund despite saying they will on the website. All fake reviews on there actual website. Should be called Martha china

Please do not deal with this company! I ordered a polo shirt for my husband and a handbag for myself, which was described as leather and looked wonderful in the photos. When they FINALLY arrived after 3/4 weeks, the handbag was clearly plastic and resembled a shopping bag more than a handbag! The polo shirt which was described as cotton, was a cheap silky material and nothing like the photo!
When I contacted MarthaLondon I was told I was not eligible for a refund as the items were sold in a promotion! What they offered me was a 50% refund on my next purchase, which is worth nothing as I would never order from them again!
Please be aware, these are cheap items sold from China and not worth the money they are asking.

Can I urge reviewers to contact the BBC programme Watchdog? Maybe, if we get enough people to do that, they might investigate this scam company.

Please stay well away from this company paid over 60 euro for a red dress. The dress looked really nice and good quality on website. Dress got delivered and you can see through it. The material is that bad and out of shape. Please do not I repeat do not waste your money stay well away from this company.

The images of products on line bear no resemblance to the product sent. Very poor quality materials and sizing. Need to be examined under Trade Descriptions Act. Complete con.

I ordered what was advertised as the Maxime Men’s Casual Vintage Polo Shirt for £30 as a Christmas gift for my dad. The website described it as “handmade with care and passion,” “soft fabric, gentle on the skin,” and offering a 30-day money-back guarantee.”

What arrived after three weeks was nothing like the listing. An awful, cheap polyester shirt, clearly drop-shipped from China. The fabric felt synthetic and flimsy – genuinely so poor that I’m convinced it would melt or go up instantly if exposed to heat. Completely unsuitable as a gift and nowhere near the product shown online.

I contacted Martha London to request a returns form, but despite emailing, I’ve received no response. Their advertised money-back guarantee is clearly meaningless – no returns process, no customer service, nothing.

This mirrors what other reviewers have said – misleading descriptions, poor-quality items, and false guarantees. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and feel misled by their Trustpilot score.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Just received my order, and to be honest I'm very disappointed. I didn't realise the Trust pilot reviews were false until I came here. The jumpers are very poor quality and sizing could be better. After reading the reviews here I don't expect to get my money back. Buy will update if the company is at least honest about their returns guarantee

Don't buy from this company they sell very poor quality clothing and do not send a return address.They will not refund you. Be warned.!!!!

The jumper I ordered was advertised as cashmere but was polyester and different colours from the advertised product. I contacted the company to ask for the jumper as advertised but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Do not buy from this company.

This company offers sub standard products incorrectly discribed and then refuse statutory right for redund as advertised and quote the policy on reduced or sale items as excluded when all items are in sale so if you are not satisfied no refund is paid only an offer to reduce any other item ..total rip off and woyld never buy anything from this company

Very poor quality product, I'll fitting, flimsy and has no labels.
Return label not included as promised.
Emailed them to request return and refund, no response. I have no hope of receiving my money back.

I recently ordered a trench coat that was meant to be padded and insulated. I spent fifty seven pounds on the jacket in a sale where it was meant to be one hundred & twenty pounds.

What I actually received was a crappy, thin polyester based piece of cloth that was worth about ten pounds.

It says they are UK based, but they are lying. It's from China, and it comes from china too.

How the hell are these people still allowed to trade, when they are generally ripping people off with poor quality clothing at extortionate prices.

What makes me laugh is when you go on their website, it says their Trust Pilot ratings are four to four and a half out of 5 yet, when you come here, they barely scrape one star.

Please, please please stay away from this company.

Ordered a porcelain cats head. What was delivered is complete piece of junk, a total lump of plastic with painted eyes. that looks disgusting and pathetic. There guarantee states easy returns and a full refund !! I have been trying for two painful months ! And it’s impossible to get your money back and you have to send it back to china at your own cost. They are a complete scam, nothing more than a bunch of corrupt crooks that con you out of your hard earned cash. Read trustpilot first so you don’t get robbed and fooled.

Ordered 2 cats heads that looked good quality. Received a much smaller inferior copy that was tat. Wish I had done my homework and read the reviews beforehand.
