Gave me a cost promptly, picked up exactly as promised and delivered exactly as promised - great service would highly recommend

The only reason this company got 1 star is I couldn’t put minis.
I got an email from Trustpilot 4th Oct 21 , letting me know that they have now marked my review as verified as o sent them information they said they needed including the text messages that are further down this genuine review.
Honestly where do i begin. The whole experience with this company was the worst I’ve ever experienced. From being late, to hearing them bad mouthing customers from the previous day. To damaging furniture and voicing there opinions openly about people who arnt straight. To making not nice comments about where I was moving to. Got a phone call about an hour after to ask how my experience was so I was honest and said not only would I not use this firm again but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone either. I then received numerous phone calls and text messages that I ended up dismissing as the last thing I then needed was to be speaking to several different people who worked for this company including one who had done this removal which I felt was very unprofessional on so many different levels. By this point all I wanted to do was focus on getting settled in after a long very stressful day. Which is ironic as the whole reason I’d used this company was to try and make this move as easy and stress free as possible. Originally I had considered hiring my own van and moving everything with help from friends and family and it turns out that is exactly what I should of done.
Since posting my review you have updated your reply 3 times. It was 10 days after I moved when I posted my review and was unaware there was a time limit. I originally put my review on your Facebook page but that seems to have been removed. You was paid in full as your staff were trying to badger my daughter into paying them in cash although I had been led to believe I was to pay the remaining via a bank transfer the same as how the deposit had been paid. When you rang to ask how the move had gone I did mention the issues id had. Then was put on loud speaker and asked to repeat what I had heard your staff saying about customers from the previous day. They were having a go as they had had £20 taken off there previous days wages. As I pointed out at the time how would I know this unless I had heard them to which you agreed with me. And the comment that was made was to do with how busy the traffic was coming into Liverpool that day. One of your staff told us (my daughter and I) it was something to do with Queer pride thing going on. I actually said at the time I dont really think you should be saying things like that. I’m not gay I’m heterosexual. It’s offensive to make comments like that when your work means you interact with customers. Surely it’s common practice to keep your opinions to yourself and I’m fairly sure it’s slander saying I’m gay.
I’ve still got the text messages that you sent to my phone.

Sat 18th Sept 19:32pm. I’m very sorry about what happened. This is Jenny Bloom I took the company over from Jamie when he became ill a few years ago he booked the work in and helps as he cannot work anymore. I was listening when I heard what had been said and I have had to take action and relieve the 2 men of their job as I won’t tolerate it. If you would like to call me directly on 01964 5****4. As I’ve already stated I was already stressed enough so after answering the first 2 calls decided not to reply. Nobody from your company said anything about anything being put through your insurance to me. And have at no point offered me any kind of refund which you could of done easily via bank transfer the same as how I paid you. Saying i gave a tip it just ludicrous. I paid the full amount as the 2 guys in my new home made it clear they weren’t leaving until I’d paid the full amount. I genuinely didnt realise some of my furniture was damaged straight away as I was more focused on settling my cats in and bringing everything in from my vehicle. You didn’t have any of my boxes in your van as I only got you to bring my big furniture items ie bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fridge/freezer, washer etc. At the end of the day I put an honest review about my experience saying I wouldnt use your firm again and wouldn’t recommend you to anyone else which i will be standing by. I purposely didn’t go into to much detail as I was being polite. But the fact that you keep changing your reply review I feel it would be better for me to outline things in more detail.
Surely the purpose of customers being able to write review’s is for company’s to find out areas that need looking at and improving if necessary.

They gave a very competitive quote to pick up furniture from another town and bring to our home. We were kept informed on the progress and the men skilfully manoeuvred it into the house and put where we wanted it. The men were cheerful which always helps! Very impressed and would highly recommend! (Ps many thanks to them!)

I used man with a van for my house removal to my new house, had a slight issue but they 100% sorted it out for me. I really appreciate there cooperation in dealing with the matter. Would highly recommend them all for removals.

I had to move home recently as a partially sighted person and had great assistance from this company. Not only were they helpful with moving but they made sure that everything got to the destination safely. I can't rate them any higher amazing!

Manwithvancan moved us recently and it was straightforward and the work done by the team was really commendable. I’m very appreciative. At the end when I handed over payment they checked with boss about amount as I had mistakenly overpaid. Again I’m grateful for the honesty shown here. I bought boxes also from Manwithvancan and they were delivered very promptly after I’d made the phone call. Thanks so much. The work of removal men is surely very valuable and skilled.

Would definitely recommend these guys everything was very easy and straight forward to book at a affordable price aswel guys was very helpful and turned up on time and was easy to talk to. The items I had delivered in the back of the van was very secure so no way of been damaged in transport will definitely be using again when I need something delivered, thankyou very much for all your help today

I needed to get my grandparents moved from Hull to near us in Norfolk. After a quick google search we came across Man With Van Can. They were fantastically polite, professional and particularly accommodating to my elderly grandparents which was very reassuring seen as we couldn’t be there to help out. We would absolutely recommend Man With Van Can to anybody.
