For someone who finds navigating the technical world of choosing the best hi-fi components for my situation a bit daunting it was great to have Bryce lead me (gently, courteously, and non-judgmentally) through the process. It would’ve been five for except for…
It would’ve been five for except for two things. One your two year warranty was not written down anywhere but except on the promotional material for the sale of the guitar amplifier and a mysterious reluctance of the Off switch to work sometimes I’m still getting to the bottom of that. Otherwise it was really good delivery service and very reasonable pricing provided. I have no more problems with the On off switch of course.

I've always used Manny's, however; to make buy and wait months for goods to arrive in the store is frustrating. Also I now know who/ what Soundbay is.It may need to be in bigger letters on emails.I cancelled an order thinking I'd bought it twice through different companies.

Every time I visit the staff actively approach me to find out me needs in a manner that you would reserve for a friend you have not seen in a while. They always listen to my needs and are happy to make suggestions . I love visiting the store. You are always greeted on the way in and thanked on the way out. No matter how much time I spend there , a quick visit or a larger purchase with questions . The people who help me are always willing to spend the time to ensure I am happy with my purchase.

The next day following the purchase I brought the capo back for a refund or I was going to purchase a more expensive capo. It was denied! This capo make my both guitar strings buzzing.
