Helpful service, prompt delivery

I ordered a item that they had to order in. They had great communication, gave me a time frame on my item and if I wasn't happy they would refund the money. they estimated 3 weeks and I got it in two weeks. I'll always go through Manny's for anything music related.

I ordered cymbal stands and two cymbals . Only the stands arrived. Mannys did not contact me to tell me why. I had to contact them. They told me the cymbals I ordered were out of stock and long deliver. I selected a couple of cymbals they said were in stock to replace the original order. Only one of these arrived. Again Mannys did not contact me. I had to contact them. They told me they were mistaken in telling me that the missing item was in stock, it wasn’t. I am not awaiting Mannys to process a refund for the missing item. I am sure the refund will be ok. They have processed another refund for me in the past in pretty good time.
