Really friendly staff
Really friendly staff who helped me out with an exchange when I purchased a guitar but changed my mind.
I’m not sure if any guitar experts work there but if not it would be good to have someone who knows guitars to help customers make a purchase.

Your prices are always competitive, your postal costs are very reasonable, (especially for interstate). And your delivery service is prompt and easy to track.
I especially really like the nice touch of sending your 'Mannys Jelly Beans Pack' with every purchase! That's a nice touch...and has 'swung the deal' in your favour on a couple of occasions!

Easy to deal with both online and in person. Their response to my asking for their second price is not always successful. However, gotta ask. Derringers in SA coming into the Mannys' gig has been a plus. Sometimes there is a wait for gear. C'est la vie in business today.
