The only little problem we had was the fact that we had to call to arrange for the delivery.
We could not find any information on the website that we are required to do so
I believe it would be helpful if the information is available to expedite the process. Your delivery person was profetional very helpful great customer service skills. If I or a friend would need mattresses I will definitely refer them to you

Customer service
Purchase on line was easy, done in 15minutes.
Phone call the next day, which was a Saturday, to inform that mattress would be on truck on Wednesday to Albury Call when they arrived, to arrange for delivery, which suited me. All done efficiently within short period of time. Each phone contact was friendly and efficient.
