Really comfortable and well made seat. Problem with one end breaking which was swiftly resolved and replaced. Cushion is a lovely addition.

The bench I ordered was delivered within a few days, very efficient service and a very nice bench. Just be aware the bench came on 2 pallets which I had to dispose of, seems an overkill in packaging but bench was in one piece so no complaints.

First time purchasing and really very happy with my experience, the price was good, the quality of the covers I brought was great and very happy with the delivery.

Beautiful bench. We are all really impressed with how nice it looks. The colour is lovely. It arrived flat packed on a pallet, but was easy to put together. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

I had a few questions before purchasing and Alison was so helpful and efficient. I needed the set before the 19th as we had family coming and she reassured me it would be there - and it was. After eagerly unpacking everything (which was well packed) I was not disappointed. This product is a game-changer for quality. It looks and feels exactly the same as wood and it is substantial in weight (the same as wood) but it's absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased my friend recommended Winawood...I was going to buy a "normal" set from a local garden centre - I'm so pleased I didn't. My friend helped me put it together. Everyone comments on how stunning it is and how it adds something special to the garden. It isn't a cheap purchase but you definitely get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.

The cushion arrived safely and it was well protected. The price is reasonable and quality excellent. The customer service was very good.

Great Winawood bench and cushion, had a couple of problems with delivery but they sorted it out very quickly and they were very polite at all times.

Two great benches - really nice quality and they look good. The only thing that could have made it better would be providing details of how to return the blue pallets it was delivered on (but google fixed that)!

Ordered a large number of Winawood benches and they were dispatched promptly and everything was very well packaged. Liaised with customer services often throughout the process and they have been excellent.

This is the second Winawood bench I have purchased from Maison and Garden. Again I received excellent communication and Customer service - the bench arrived within 4 days working days. There was a problem with the plaque (entirely my fault), quickly resolved through a couple of calls to Alison and Christina - exceptional Customer Service- I am absolutely delighted with the quality and price.
