The first bra I ordered was completely the wrong size. I eventually got a replacement but had to pay ten pound for the replacement. I was told to keep the original bra, even though I have no use for... See more

This is scam. The product arrived from China. It does not match the quality in the photo and the measurements. You talk to a bot via emails. I am struggling to get a refund. I am going to report the company to authorities and to ask my bank to investigate the company as well.

Pity there isnt a minus star. Item was awful, very poor quality. When asking for refund i was offered 70% same as other people have stated. This is against the law as I've pointed out to them. I wish I had read the reviews first. Wont get caught our again. Having read their reply to my review, what would be the point? I have asked for my refund and have only been offered 70%. Totally illegal.

I recently bought a bra from Magic Bra. It was not the right size. I have been trying to engage with their customer service to do a return. I have been trying for two weeks. Once a day I receive a response from 'Ronnie,' who offers me anything but a simple return. I have feared that Ronnie is a bot, however, when I have said this, they assured me that they are in fact human, but still do not mention a return. Never using this website again, and definitely not their customer service, Ronnie the 'not' bot.

I'am dissatisfied with the product. They didn't live up to what they advertise. When you try to contact them regarding returning the item especially it doesn't fit they will not allow a return and refund.

I ordered two bras, they were poor quality, cheap fabric and the fit was completely off despite having used the measurement guide on their website. Basically not as described on the listing. I went through an endless process with their customer service. They initially refused to refund, there was no returns information and no contact telephone number. Several emails followed offering me another item at half price, then for £10. I kept saying I wanted a refund, not to buy anything else. After about 6 email exchanges, they eventually agreed to a 70% refund. I agreed to this because I was fed up with trying to argue with them. So I now have two of the worst bras I’ve ever seen, several hours lost to fighting for a refund and an incomplete refund. DO NOT BUY FROM Magic Bras!

Bras were not right for me so requested a refund, took a month of emails going back and forth and they only refunded 70% percent in the end. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I assume they keep replying with nonsense to make people give up on a refund. Only order if you are very sure you want the product and good luck getting a refund if you need one.

The returns process is a labyrinth designed to get you to give up on the return - the company first tries to convince you to keep the item and pay an additional £10 fee to have a replacement item, before providing any actual returns information. There is then a £10.99 restocking fee even if you do proceed with the return (and you have to pay postage on top). I’d avoid purchasing anything here unless you’re 100% sure you plan to keep it - go to a larger and more reputable store.

Very poor quality items which weren't remotely the right size, despite selecting my usual size. Appalling customer service - I've been trying to return the bras for a refund-they keep fobbing me off. Wish I'd seen these other negative reviews first! I absolutely do NOT advise buying anything from this site - it's basically a scam!!!

Really poor bra - no support for larger sizes at all (E) on the strapless bra. Utterly useless. £10.99 restocking fee for an item that is not fit for purpose. A definite ‘don’t buy’.

Item came, took a while to arrive. Would be helpful if it states to size up in big letters

Waited 3 weeks for an item I no longer want as the event I needed at for has been and gone!
I’m now trying to return for a full refund and company are delaying letting me know how to return it.
They are asking me to donate it to someone and give me £10.99 back! I then said no I want a full refund and they re saying I pay the postage to return (that’s fine) but they will still deduct £10.99 for a restocking fee! What even is that?
I want to return it for a full refund
Do not buy your bra from here it is an appalling company to deal with

They never delivered and didn't refund me after saying they were out of stock. Now they have blocked me from emailing them. Worst experience ever.

We bought a 2XL MagicWireless Pushup Bra, It came on Time. The Size was like S not even usable, the Fabric was ripped on 2 Spots,
We tried to return it, they asked for pictures , we sent Pictures, they asking again and again, They had the Pictures already in the Email, but they Ignored them, It makes it impossible to return their Items. No refund came back. From now on, We only going in a Shop to buy a Bra, not online anymore, feeling scamed, never again

I ordered 2 bras and somehow got charged for “nip covers” which arrived but I did not order. The bra is 5 sizes too small in the cup, even tho I ordered 2XL. (I’m a 38DD). I reached out to this company and they offered a 20% refund and to keep the bras. I spent over $70.00 CAD on these 2 bras, and a minimal reimbursement is NOT what I want. I want to send these unopened, not even tried on bras back and get a full refund. I’ve sent over 6 emails to this company and all of a sudden the emails are “undeliverable” as if they maybe blocked me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service doesn’t exist. Very dissatisfied customer.

Still waiting for my bras. Ten days and tracking number shows some obscure places of origin. I just want my bras.

Agree it says magic bra UK (dishonest advertising) it is from china hence diabolical price for returns and long delivery time.
Definitely would not recommend ordering from this site.

Refund. After several e mails blah blah blah. I will get refund. But hey, I'm being penalised for returning the item with a deduction of £10.99 and it's my responsibility if the item goes missing when returning. It will be tracked and signed for your end. Appalling service. Never again. Should have read reviews before departing with my hard earned cash.
