2 missing items and no response for a week
I ordered the 6 piece blursh bundle and 2 blurshes are missing, the only reasons I bought the bundle! I've been trying to contact MBM in every way possible for a week now with no response about my missing 2 blurshes! No contact number whatsoever! Like 7 messages to the chat on the site for the last week, 4+ emails, contacted social medias. At a loss of what to do, your makeup isn't cheap enough I can turn a blind eye. I had to wait a long time to get them.

I had a very disappointing experience with a skincare advisor named Rausabel at MitchellBrand.com. When I called to address an issue with a product I received, she was extremely arrogant, rude, and impatient. Instead of listening to my concerns, she dominated the conversation and ended the call twice. Despite other staff trying to help, it seems she manipulates the situation to prevent any assistance. This kind of behavior is harmful to the company's reputation, and I believe they should reconsider having such an employee. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better customer service in the future

Its cheap, it’s so off coloured and I would never use it.
Returned the product and they will not give me a refund but have accepted the product back as it didn’t come with the shipping box! They will probably sell it back on again. Don’t use ever !
Brilliant experience for young girls
Brilliant experience for young girls. All staff are lovely and helpful. Lots to do while there (although these cost extra) but a lovely day out for mum and daughter.
Honesty doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Don’t even bother ordering this cheap makeup. Why do you think they’re selling load of mystery boxes as no one buys it and they can just chuck them in. This is the most cheapest and tackiest packaging I have ever used. I tried few products and I don’t use any of them because of the quality. All reviews on tiktok I feel are from his fans and they don’t actually use them.
I decided to give a new products a try which is like a shimmery base/primer a go. Delivery was next day which I think is great, I opened it and put it my makeup drawer after about 1 hour I open the draw and I notice there was a kinda like a oil texture liquid all over my makeup which I thought is weird. Then I left it on a piece of tissue and it was wet too after 15 min. My friend said her blush started doing this too after few weeks but mine without any use.
They stoped replying to me on tiktok and refused refund. He can wipe his a** with those money
Used, dirty and damaged items sent!
I made my first purchase on TikTok shop and when the vanity bag came it was clearly used. It had glue all over the top, black marks and scuffs, dark orange stains on the front, a huge dent in the side and the stitching was all frayed. I reported this to them immediately and although they stated they weren’t online they went on TikTok live multiple times over the next few days all the while ignoring my messages. TikTok had the photos from me and advised me to ask made by Mitchell for a refund and dispose of the bag as it was clearly a used product. Made by Mitchell ignore my messages about the bag being dirty, damaged and clearly second hand and said if im not happy I can return it for them to inspect and they’ll let me know in 30 days if im going to get a refund!
I’ve now seen multiple other reviews with the same issues of glue, dents and dirt on the bags and again being ignored by made by Mitchell while they are on TikTok live selling and also ignoring comments from people asking for refunds.
Terrible, disgusting, dirty and used products and absolutely awful customer service. Save your money and avoid this brand as much as you can!
MISSING ITEMS
Ordered 3 items from their TikTok shop to only receive two. The two that came smelt of manure!!
I contacted them regarding the missing item and they said they’d investigate. They didn’t inform me of what happened, just that they’d refund me apparently. Yet to see this refund!
Mainly I didn’t want a refund I wanted to product.
Company only cares about selling and advertising and lack completely in customer service.
£165 down and a used trunk and missing items
I purchased a £150 trunk and a curve case and it was my first big purchase from
MBM after using their products for a while now. The trunk arrived without the 2 travel cases in the box as promised and recently I’ve noticed the protective film is not even on there. The lock is jammed too. The curve case didn’t even get sent out. Trying to get my issue resolved has been nothing but a nightmare. A week and half and MBM keep sending me to TT shop customer service and they keep sending back to MBM all I keep getting offered is an experience voucher which is not what I want! I want to return the trunk but I’m worried if I do they won’t give my refund because the travel cases are not in there and I don’t know how I’m meant to get my money back for my curve case. Honestly the customer service is abysmal and I wouldn’t use them ever again. They can’t take on premium brands with such a shocking level of service. I will stick to what I know, at least I know and trust the brand.

Ordered curve case and the shades are not true to colour palette shade. The product is defective and unless you’re willing to look grey they’re not for u. Sent back the following day for a refund and was declined. Will be contacting trading standards as this is appalling. I am very fair skinned. The only plus is the brush I ordered with curve palette is good!
Pros outweigh cons
Made by mitchell's line of makeup and skincare has given me a new lease if life, a new love for creativity and a new way of looking at myself. Everything I've bought, I've been able to use. From the blursh to the eye lights, everything has been gorgeous and dreamy. Two exceptions are as follows: I bought blur and it came all separated even when I shook it. Another was when the delivery man delivered my parcel to the main foyer area and sent a picture along with the caption delivered. I went to get the parcel but it had been stolen, when I contacted the tiktok store and made by Mitchell I was told that the seller (who was Made by Mitchell) refused my refund but I pressed further with tiktok and they refunded me instead. I'm pretty forgiving and the good times out weigh the bad times by tons. Definitely will continue to buy these gooooorjus products for sure. It's really like to say to the team mbm's inclusivity has helped me navigate my weird skin tone changes due to being gypsy, easy to use and affordable beauty has entered this lil Romnis life and I'm dead happy about it

I was a loyal customer. As soon as a new design product would be released, I would purchase £60 for a set of makeup brushes, which would be reduced to £28 several weeks later, ect, ect. As they constantly bring new designs out for their products. Advice for new buyers, Don’t buy on release date!! Wait a while as the products always go down in price frequently!!!! Great prices when they do go on sale.And my daughter likes the brand.

I wish I could rate lower than one star. Appalling customer service and not willing to help. I ordered a set of highlighters on Wednesday as a gift for a dear friend that is not living close to me as she's coming to visit over the weekend. It is now Friday and they still haven't dispatched my order. They only have one delivery option which is DHL Express which by the way is not really cheap, and they state on their website that takes 2 working days when in reality it's much quicker than that if they were to actually dispatch the product. I have contacted customer services with hopes they can expedite it as I've been waiting for 2 days now, their reply was it will probably be here by next week and I can get a refund if not satisfied. They don't care it was for a birthday present and now it is causing a massive inconvenience. You are losing customers like this!
Graffiti Brush Set
Awful customer service as I’ve seen many, many reviews state. Such a shame as I loved made by Mitchell. I’ve got a few of his cases, make up & brushes. Before Christmas I saw the beautiful Graffiti brush set they had released, told my husband how much I loved them. He told me I didn’t need anymore brushes (I collect cool make up brushes haha) so, to my surprise on Christmas Day, I open the said graffiti brushes & I was mega excited until I opened the box.
3 of the eye brushes are damaged. The brushes are almost a urine yellow colour and the bristles are all over the place. They as so damaged you wouldn’t want them anywhere near your eyes!
I have contacted Made by Mitchell & TikTok shop. With both I have received shocking customer service.
TikTok shop tells me to send out for a replacement but then said they are out of stock and to send back for refund.
Made By Mitchell online is telling me to repurchase if I’m wanting the brushes. As they do not sell them separately. Which is shocking to me because I’m still willing to PAY to get the error corrected.
Not the level of customer service I’d expect from MBM. These will be the last brushes I will ever buy from them and i probably won’t purchase from MBM again because of this.
A company in the past sent me a brush set with duplicate brushes in. I contacted the company & they sent me out the correct brushes the next day & told me to keep the incorrect brush I had. They also do not sell their brushes separately but went above and beyond for me that day.
Maybe MBM should take note. Customers understand issues happen but it’s how the company deals with it that matters but instead, I’ve received shocking customer service.
I will also be going to social media so I can upload the pictures of the brushes.
Very upset as I loved MBM’s products, now you’ve lost a customer.

I ordered the Black Friday mystery
I ordered the Black Friday mystery - includes 5 make up items & Tall Vanity. The order arrived and it was only the vanity, I reached out to customer service who asked for photos of the packaging and the item that arrived, I provided these photos and was then asked more questions such as did I open the parcel was it damaged, all pretty standard questions when communicating with a company regarding missing items.
However, I then had to confirm to the following statements.
1. I agree to co-operate with the carriers security, the carrier, and/or the police in the event of any investigation into the missing/stolen items.
2. The above declaration is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand making a false statement could lead to prosecution.
I would understand this if I ordered £100s of pounds of stuff but my order was a £20 secret Santa gift that I now have to wait for them to investigate with the distribution centre where they have the CCTV footage waiting to be reviewed.
Personally I feel sorry for the workers of this distribution centre where they are clearly being held to a standard where they are not aloud to make human error without repercussions and as a company selling to the public mainly young and easily influenced individuals you shouldn’t be making them feel in the wrong for reaching out when something is wrong with the order.
Unfortunately I doubt this will be resolved until after Christmas which means I am going to have to purchase a replacement gift so all of it will have been for nothing.
Do better and hold yourselves to a better standard.
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. Unfortunately I can't write what I want to cause my review keeps getting deleted but lets just say there are much better companies out there.
Got in touch today and been ignored again. I stand by my bad review and only wish I was allowed to tell the whole truth here of how bad they really have been.
They have got back in touch and whoever I'm speaking to is now arguing with me and making this situation worse.

Just send the parcel
Absolutely abysmal.
Ordered Christmas presents in November, tracking wasn't updating so contacted MBM. Was told DHL had tracking issues, and would not get updated but the parcel was on the way. Contacted DHL who advised they had created the tracking info but were still awaiting the sender to supply the parcel.
Have advised MBM of the above and am not getting any response.
Used make up palette and zero customer service
Made several orders via TikTok which were all delivered late. Two of the pallets I received had fingerprint smudges all over the colours in the palette. Unfortunately trying to reach anyone at MBM is almost impossible as there is no contact number or email, therefore there is zero customer service when things go wrong, I tried to contact them via their website and it’s an AI chat which no one ever replies to. They are clearly
selling items they use as testers on a live stream which is disgusting and unhygienic. I will be contacting Trading Standards.
