RETURNS are a HASSLE!
I purchased a $$738. Mac Duggal beaded gown yesterday, but it was too big on me so I wanted to return it immediately. To my dismay, there was ZERO information in the package on how to return the gown and NO Return Label! I sent (2) TWO emails to Mac Duggal customer service, but the AI bots were no help either. I had to call the Mac Duggal Customer Service number to get a RETURN LABEL. WHAT A HASSLE!

Didn't fit
The dress was beautiful it just didn't quite fit. They accepted the return immediately and gave me a partial refund. I'm not sure why they didn't give me a full refund but it was better that nothing

The dress was beautiful and the fabric quality was perfection. Unfortunately it was just a bit too small in the bust area. The dress is for my daughter’s wedding. She loved it too but she felt it was too dark for a summer wedding. I would agree it looks much lighter coloured in the photo. It was very easy to return. I’ve already ordered a different dress in a larger size. I have one dress from Mac Duggall already and it’s perfect…which is why I was perfectly happy to order from them again.

Don't expect to see the dress on you
Lovely dress although it was huge. But i couldn't see how the dress looked on me because there was a giant white ribbon running around the bodice and skirt that prevented it from lying correctly or for me to really view it's look. For a $400 dress, I should be able to see it on. I will never order from them again.

The ribbon you’re referring to is intentionally attached to all of our garments as a quality and return-control measure, ensuring each piece remains new and unworn for every customer. That said, it’s designed as a loop and can easily be rotated to the back of the dress so you can properly see the fit and overall look from the front while trying it on.

Beautiful dresses and great returns.
I ordered a beautiful dress for my granddaughter’s wedding. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I loved the color but After trying it on, I knew it was not “the” dress in a minute. It was very heavy on my smaller frame and longer than I saw in the online picture. I emailed the company customer service the same day and received a reply within 24 hours with directions on how to return. I printed out the return label and took it to FedEx. No issue whatsoever!! A great company to deal with. No restock fees! Beautifully made and great colored dresses.

Most profesional experience on line and great product
Once I hit past AI it was the most profesional experience I ever had on online shopping . The shipping , billing and keeping me informed promptly was amazing and the nicest surprise was receiving the box and opening it . It was beautifully presented with you logo on the inside ! Great detail and I will certainly return . Unfortunately I had to send back this dress as the fit was not for me . Congrats on a well done job !
