Beautiful dress great customer service

Customer service with this company is top tier!
I trust the quality of the product and know if I have any questions or issues they'll be resolved.

My first ever experience with this company and the last I was looking for a dress for a wedding guest first of all they sent me the wrong size I sent it back this beginning in February 2026. We’re going into March. I still have yet to receive my money I sent the dress back now they screwed me around with my money telling me rumors that my bank my bank my bank has nothing to do with this. I signed up with Shop/offerer even the manager just tell me anything. I’m so done with this company now I’m stuck for 300 some dollars nobody has money like that.

Joanna and Alison in customer service helped with purchases and returns. They were very efficient, professional, and above all understanding.

The dress that I ordered is beautiful. Had to return one of the dresses, the return process was easy.

Where do I begin? MOB with a gazillion things on her brain. I became interested in Mac Duggal while searching for my dress on Norstrom's site. I then searched for their main website, and found many more dresses appropriate for my age, height & weight. I ordered 3 dresses & received them much sooner than I had expected. Two looked great on me, and one was on sale !! I took them to my seamstress & she thought that I should attempt to get a smaller size. I went back to the site, and while the smaller size was seen as "available", when I attempted to order, it said "not available". I contacted them by phone, and I am sorry to say I while I cannot remember her name, the girl told me that when the stock gets down low, they cannot guarantee that the size is there, and suggest you contact them. My other concern was that my return date was fast approaching, and if the smaller size was not available, I would need to send the larger one back before I received it. She graciously extended my return date, promised that she would check the very next day, and if it was available, would ship it out then. Much to my surprise, early the next day, I received a confirmation email that the dress was prepped for shipping. I received it within days - it fit perfectly, with just a bit of hemming. (OH, and it was the sale dress !). I haven't had this great of customer service in FOREVER! The dress is very very well made. Such amazing customer service! I will always recommend Mac Duggal as a site for women's dresses. Thank you ALL so much. You deserve much more than 5 star rating.

I’ve purchased before and loved my dress it was perfect. Sadly this last dress was not a good fit. But I still love your service and will shop again❤️

I was shocked to know that the department stores no longer carry a full variety of dresses for you to try on.
Thank goodness for Mac Duggal! Their website has a variety of dresses!! You order what you like. They arrive quickly. Very beautiful and packaged securely!! What doesn’t fit or you don’t like, you return. Their returns are easy to do. I would suggest paying that fee to unlock the free returns. It is worth it!
I ordered 5 dresses. I found the one for my son’s wedding so quickly!! It actually was easier this way than driving around or trying to figure out my next step!
I returned the others.
Even though the customer service is only available during the week. There is always an email customer service that replies immediately!!!

Alex solved my issue easily and with very friendly service!
