Well…shame on me for not realizing you charge a restocking fee and return postage. You do realize that stores like Macy’s and Nordstrom sell your products and do not do this! It’s free! I’m afraid, when possible, I won’t order from you directly.

We do offer a prepaid return option at checkout for $7.98, which covers the full return cost. If that option isn’t selected at the time of purchase, the standard return fee is $20 to cover return shipping and processing.
We recognize that some department stores offer free returns, and we certainly understand the appeal. As a direct brand, our return structure allows us to continue offering a wide assortment and maintain the quality and service you expect.

Very dissatisfied. Received a dress for my son’s wedding that was squished into a small box. It has delicate flowers all over dress that need to be professionally pressed but they wouldn’t look so bad if had been shipped more carefully. Reached out and said nothing they can do. Considering they shipped it and can only order locally from online, very disappointed with outcome.

The dress arrived in less than a week which was fantastic! The fabric feels top quality which is always a risk when ordering on line. I also appreciated the dress arrived in a large box rather than squeezed into a small plastic bag. Very impressive! This dress will be worn to my son's wedding in May.
