Too expensive

Where I joined from M42 north, to go m6 nw till the end of it, it was clear. £11.60 for a small van, lwb 2 axle vauxhall combo...too expensive

I drive multiple cars through this toll…

I drive multiple cars through this toll and have to download receipts everytime. It’s painfull as sometimes the receipt is not available until the following day

Hi Gerrard, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Receipts are normally available within a few hours of completing your journey, but may take a little longer should our team need to manually look at the images of your journey to build your trip.
We have recently introduced our lite account, which requires no deposit. It can be set up very quickly online at www.m6toll.co.uk. Once it's set up you will be able to drive through the lanes We will charge your card and email your receipt to you, meaning you will never need to download a receipt again. Very helpful!

I had made an honest mistake, by leaving the motorway as one of my kids had woke up coughing and was sick in the car. I tried to leave for a safe place to stop and realised it was not safe and had to re-enter the toll road being charged again. I contacted the customer service to explain the mistake I had made and was refunded the difference!

The price boards will state the minimum and maximum prices for your class of vehicle at your entry point. £6.70 would be the cost if you travelled through one zone . The light user package is perfect for…
