The function to download receipts never…

The function to download receipts never works. For reference I use an iPhone. Every time, I have to contact your customer service team to get a copy of my receipts. Thankfully I don’t use the toll read very often. If I did then I think it would drive me crazy.

Absolute Rip Off

I was charged £20:20 for. Vehicle which is registered as car and is <5m long and is a 7 seat people carrier.

Clearly didn’t read my request properly…

Clearly didn’t read my request properly and sent and pre defined response.

..Then replied to this review doubling down stating that the request had been responded to correctly.

Which suggests that for the 2nd time they do not actually read a polite and accurate request. The reply to my review unfortunately on serves to confirm my belief that the customer service lacks experience/training or provide basic AI responses ?
