The light user package is perfect for…

The light user package is perfect for me in my current job role, as I get same day receipts and don’t really have to stop at the toll booth just down to about 5-1 mph. Brilliant

Found the online process to renew mobility exemption very difficult. Email process not very user friendly and takes a lot of staff time. Did manage to get the pass after several emails and 3 phone calls. Suggest process is reviewed and improved .

I was charged £19-90 for a Transit…

I was charged £19-90 for a Transit Custom Van which should have been £11 something. After E mailing customer service I was refused a refund, thank you

Overcharged me

Overcharged me, then told me I'd be refunded the full amount, then told me I'd get half back in 7 days (after waiting 2 weeks) then asked for details of my trip even though I have already submitted them because they can't find the transaction, its not a great deal of money but its the principle and how many people just give up.....

Quite convenient to be able to register

Quite convenient to be able to register and not use a credit card or money at the toll. It was difficult to cancel my registration on line having used the service and needed to seek help and have the administrator do it for me.

You said toll road clear but it had speed restrictions, that is NOT clear

Hi Amy. The M6toll clear sign means there are no obstructions or incidents on the road. The speed restrictions have been put in place at the bottom of the road by National Highways for HS2 works. Even with the restrictions in place for a small section of the road, the M6toll is still the most reliable and stress free route through the Midlands.
