Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.
Drop your watch off at any of our stores or order a Free, Pre-Paid, Tracked & Insured Postage Pack

They have had my omega since March…2024
They have had my omega since March 2024. I paid over a £1,000 upfront then they told me after a year it had been lossed so they were waiting for authorisation from their insurers to pay me the value of my watch. Ignored emails and calls ever since and now they have gone into liquidation. I am going down the legal route and don't care how much it costs to expose this company. Please don't send these a micky mouse watch never mind your valuable ones.
Really good specialist watch servicing.
When I contacted Rolex I was redirected to Luxury Watch Repairs. I needed a service and a replacement mainspring for my 'Rolex Explorer II Oyster Perpetual Date Stainless Steel with Black Face'. I was sent a prepaid envelope and a very sturdy box for the transportation of the watch (it was returned in the same box via DHL). The repair was slow, but before placing the order they told me it might take up to 15-25 weeks and in fact it took 19 weeks including Xmas & New Year (so I'm not sure why other people have said this was a surprise). I did contact them for an update and received a reply - and received a nice follow up courtesy call from Oliver after the watch had been returned to make sure all was ok. The watch is now running prefectly and it has a 3 year guarantee. Overall I'm very happy with the service and would use them again.
Great company but refund of postage offered hasn’t been received.
Changed the battery on my Omega. I’ve used them previously to service the same watch with no issues.
An issue with Royal Mail caused a delay in my watch arriving at the service centre and subsequent return. Luxury Watch Repairs offered a refund of the postage costs, which was good of them. However this hasn’t been received and now they’re not responding to my emails after a several weeks of waiting. Good whilst they are dealing with your watch. Not so great after service.

waited 10 months for my gold cartier to be serviced and returned.
The lack of communication was unacceptable.
Whereas my was eventually returned and looked immaculate I couldn't go through the stress again.
Beware
Beware, they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails.
I wish I had read these reviews before getting involved with this company.
Below is a summary of where I am with an agreed and paid for repair to my wife’s watch which has enormous sentimental value to us. My numerous emails and phone calls go unanswered.
Repairs Order No 62766
On the 22nd of January I emailed:-
Please do me the courtesy of responding to my undernoted emails by return.
On 18 Jan 2026, I emailed:-
Kindly respond to the undernoted email sent to you on the 2nd of January.
On 2nd of January I emailed:-
Kindly give me some definitive feedback on when I can expect my wife’s watch returned to me.
You have had the watch since May last year some 34 weeks ago.
You confirmed my payment in early August last year some 22 weeks ago.
You have also confirmed that normally repairs could take up to 14 weeks to complete.
“The estimated completion timescale for your repair is outlined in the Terms
section of the original estimate provided”
Can I remind you of your commitment from below and point out that you have never ‘proactively reached out’ to me despite this repair being well outwith the original timescale
given.
“We always aim to stay within this timeframe and will aim to proactively reach out to you if, for any reason, we
believe this may change.”
Very disappointing.
TERRIBLE
Please do NOT under any circumstances send your watch here !!!!! they have had my tag snice August 2025, I have also paid them over £500 for the repairs and service in September 2025 no updates one email when I chased basically saying how long is a piece of string.
I am now currently starting legal proceedings for my watch back my money and compensation.
Please take your Watch to someone else take my warning serious

I put an omega in for a service as the date was slow in turning and a loose pin on the clasp.Quoted £580 so paid them . 4 Months later no watch back so started to phone them and this carried on and on for another 2 Months then they informed me it needed a date wheel so another 2 Months pass and after threatening the company with legal action my watch was returned all working but now with buffer marks on the glass due to polishing.....DO NOT USE THEM and check companies house. See who you are dealing with.
Worth the wait.
Very few people will really appreciate the feeling of possessing a high quality watch that means so much. My watch has received a long overdue service. 12 weeks might be considered long however with a guarantee of 3 years is 100% worth it.
Thank you
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE
Appalling lack of communication and will take your watch and money and if you get either back is very unlikely. I had to get my son to collect my Cartier after months of being lied too. Although promised a full refund I'm still waiting for it after nearly 3 months.
Completely avoid this company
Completely avoid this company.
My wife sent in her solid gold Rolex for repairs and service in March/April of last year ! Correspondence is terrible !
Telephone communication non existent. Replies to our emails very slow and very few.
Looks like I will need to get a flight down from Glasgow to London to pay them a visit to get some answers !
I sent in my Omega Seamaster and having…
* Revision #2* - It's now been nearly 4 weeks since I revised this review and Oliver has not replied to any emails and they do not answer the phone. I have resorted to offering to PAY THEM TO SIMPLY RETURN MY WATCH. If there is no response to that offer I'll call in on them in the next couple of weeks to collect it.
*Revision* - I have now been contacted by Oliver who was most helpful and apologised for the lack of communication - there have been some structural changes at the company, however I'm assured my watch will be back within 3 weeks (currently at a third-party Omega approved repairer for one part of the process). Once the watch is back I'll update the review further including information on the watch itself.
I sent in my Omega Seamaster and having received a quote paid for the service and repair at the start of August 2025. Due back at the start of January and was emailed in December to say all on track.
Since then I've sent 3 x emails and called several times (nobody is ever able to answer the phone) - no response at all, including from the management email address for customer service escalations.
The watch is approaching one month overdue and the radio silence is worrying.
If the communication lines change so may this review, but currently I cannot recommend the company at all.
Still Nothing from this company
Another week has passed and unfortunately NO RESPONSE, actually I'm not suprised, so will consult a solicitor over this issue that is being perpetrated to people who pay money and send very expensive watches and yet receive no feedback or response when enquiries are made.
Excellent work and service
Very good service of my classic watch - although like many of the best things in life it took a pretty long time! (0ver six months)
Very pleased on a good result for a restoration of my classic timepiece and glad to do business with an excellent specialist company .
Tread very cautiously
⭐ 1 star
I sent an Ebel gold watch to Luxury Watch Repairs for servicing and paid in full. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed within a reasonable time and there were long periods with little clarity about what was happening.
After repeated written requests (including recorded delivery letters), the company eventually confirmed by email that they still have my watch, that the repair was not carried out as intended, and that there had been internal changes within the business.
While staff have been polite in correspondence, the overall experience has been very frustrating due to delays, lack of proactive communication, and the need for repeated follow-up simply to establish the status and return of my property.
I would advise anyone considering using this service to ensure expectations around timescales and communication are clearly agreed in advance.
Sent off my Jaeger LeCoultre for…
Sent off my Jaeger LeCoultre for service and repair over a year ago (Dec 2024). Following a refreshed quote (the original expired) and payment confirmed received in March, on follow up 1 month later I was told to expect 20-30 weeks including testing for completion, a time scale which was never previously mentioned (ETA 19th October latest). Further emails requesting updates (now in Nov.2025) I was informed to expect a further 4-6 weeks. So here we are 21st of January 2026 (over 8 weeks since last update and 45 weeks since payment received confirmation). No watch and no further update from Luxury Watch Repairs. I would discourage anyone from using this company.
22-01-26 I subsequently received a reply from LuxuryWatch Repairs, not via email which is recorded on their Zendesk support system but here on Trust Pilot, asking for the original repair references numbers. I can only assume this is nothing more than a delaying tactic rather than any attempt to resolve the issue as I have already provided the reference numbers they requested, both on submission of the initial review on Trust Pilot and in follow up on Trust Pilot and of course on their Zendesk support system. I am now filing a report with reportfraud.police.uk

Great attention to detail
I am very happy with the service and your care and updates throughout the process.
