We love our new floor, but.
We love our new floor. Rebecca was super helpful with choosing the best flooring for us, but the fitter they recommended was a nightmare. I reached out for help from the company and didn't even receive a message back. If you go with this company, I suggest you find a fitter yourself.

Great quality flooring
The samples were great quality, and reflected the final flooring perfectly. Marley was really helpful, and we actually managed to lay the flooring DIY with a little help with some YouTube tutorials! Really love what the finished product looks like.

Poor customer service and stock received damaged
I received damaged/faulty/not as prescribed skirting. Contacted the sales team and nobody responded my email. Disappointed of the customer service.

Luxury Flooring was recommended by my builder so I sent for some samples of engineered wood flooring. A little while later, Michael their sales team leader, phoned me. There was no pressure, just helpful advice and Information. Very friendly and he was able to give us a very good price for our project. 25% deposit has reserved our order for delivery when we need it. A very good experience so far.
