Ease of ordering
I rang to get a price for a product and lead time when I wanted to order, I spoke to Scott who was very helpful and told me I can put down a deposit to hold the order and just let them know when I was ready.
No waiting to get through for ages and so far all gone smoothly.

Poor customer service and instructions
I ordered Studley Corn Engineered Oak for my property. The product needs to be glued or nailed and cannot be floated without glue. No such description mentioned on the website. I tried to get some help but the response from the team has been subdued. They said sending instructions but never received. I will say avoid.

APPALLING EXPERIENCE with this company…
APPALLING EXPERIENCE with this company . Paid EXTRA for next day delivery - showed up 3 days later - worst of all told IT WAS delivered (on the correct day) at 7 pm -IT WASNT! went into panic looking for my £1600 order I quote “ left outside address “ - drove up the street and surrounding area ..
Customer service was a COMPLETE brush off / generic email saying sorry but not a mention of reimbursing my money I specifically paid for next day - yes I have contacted them again - no reply to date ..
oh and flooring was full of knots painted black… never again - you’ve been warned :) !

Rebecca was very helpful and did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase when initially enquiring. After a few months made contact with Rebecca again to place order and she was very informative and supportive in terms of understanding of our project and timescales. Have not recieved the order as of yet as it is on hold until our project commencing date but hopefully will match the quality of customer service recieved. Thanks again!

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this flooring. From the very beginning, almost every panel was poorly manufactured. The locking system was defective, and the joints kept breaking during installation. We even had to trim part of the material ourselves just to make the panels fit together properly.
After less than six months of use, the locking mechanisms have started breaking in multiple panels, causing the floor to come apart. The quality is far below what I expected, and the product is clearly not durable.
This was by far the worst money I have ever spent on flooring. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
