Great delivery time, orders were well packaged with the TBag to sit down and study samples. Good communication online with employees checking in now and again. Good prices in the sale...great selection of flooring. im sure I will be putting an order in soon.

I placed an order on behalf of daughter…
I placed an order on behalf of my daughter for some samples.
Unfortunately, the samples were delayed as my house number was missing and I was very lucky when I received text msg enquiry and requesting me to provide my house number, I just happen to open my front door and waved at the Amazon driver who was just pulling out from the the opposite side of my house noticed me waving and luckily handed over my parcel. What a coincidence and grateful!

Delivered very well packaged with no damage and the flooring was even better than I imagined. We had the Painswick Burnt Herringbone Engineered it was excellent quality and the fitter said it went down like a dream. I can highly recommend.

Very good product
Very good product , first class delivery, only issue is when I wanted to order an extra item (step nosing for 1 stair) the delivery was quite expensive, but was allowed to collect it from the factory as it was a small item , but my overall experience of the company communication has been very positive and the flooring (studley Barn)looks Fabulous
