I am very satisfied with your service I am ordering every month from you.From cosmetics to cleaning products and everything is great never broken. There is only one complain and that is the 80 kronor for delivery

When you are a member you can get the packages delivered for free when ordering to a parcel shop. But we do have a delivery fee for home delivery unfortunately.

cheaters with terrible SC

They are cheaters with terrible customer service. I was inconsistently advised about a subscription. I tried to communicate several times by email, phone and chat, never once was I correctly warned. after I paid the fine they sent me an email with all the information I required during the previous period. I asked them to delete my data, since the website won't let you unsubscribe or delete your data and now they disappear again. what a “ coincidence" . they don't respond. It's a trick company, don't trust

This is the Swedish trustpilot, please write your reviews on the correct trustpilot as you are a customer of Luxplus.nl.

We have replied in English to all your questions and explained to you the situation and that you'll have to pay for the open payment. We see it as the responsibility of the customer to understand the information on our website, even though this is in Dutch. Furthermore, we have also mentioned in our mails that you had 15 days to pay for the incasso and if you didn't do this, the costs would increase and your case would be transferred to CollectMasters.

You asked for us to delete your data and we did this in accordance to your wish. The website does let you unsubscribe, but to delete your profile you should contact us (as mentioned on the website). It is untrue that we don't respond and I will respond once more to your last mail.

Very stressful

Very stressful! This company looks like a fraud. I just ordered the item one year ago then they start to deduct me every month 8 pound without my knowledge . For example this month they deduct two times. I am going to inform my bank + the police here in Sweden!

As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership prices or normal prices. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price.

A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.
You can also read more on our website: https://www.luxplus.se. You can cancel the membership when you log in to your account or if you send us a mail. I am sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept.

Dålig Leverans och ingen kundtjäns!!!

I ordered a product on the 06. Jun and it should have arrive in a couple of days but it didn't. in my tracking app it says it should arrive on the 12th but it changed to the 13th and then again to the 14th and then on the 15th it says delated for other reasons. in the meantime to sent out a email but they didn't respond and the next day i sent out a new one but still no response. The problem is I´m going on vacation 4 weeks and there is nobody to pickup the order when it arrives!!! So now I don't know what to do.

The subsrciption fee is 89 kr per month but you have still not been charged for the membership since you still are on your free trial period. You can cancel your membership before it is automatically renewed if you wish. We are sorry for the inconveniece that your order got cancelled due to the product was out of stock.

Not original perfumes

Don't buy perfumes from this seller, it's not original. Poor customer service, they also refused my request to return it. Buy from Amazon or other authentic website where you have your rights protected.

Products are available with very good…

Products are available with very good low cost when u take membership, but the membership fee is too high for a month, it would be good if the fee is yearly and less amount.
But the delivery ad quality of products are really good.

Always perfect products

Delivery 5 days late

I placed my order on April 26th. The package was supposed to arrive on the 29th. Today is May 4th and the package just arrived. I am currently out of town so who knows when I'll get the products.
I don't recommend the delivery service of the store. If you are looking for a serious company for home delivery, this is not the one.
