It a scam. I don’t recommend you to order from this website. Avoid it. You will never be able to return any thing or get back your money.

I am so tired of makeup.se and their constant denial that there is a fault/problem with the spray nozzle of a sunscreen facial mist that I have mailed them about before.

I sent videos and screenshots and they said they don’t see anything wrong. I then offered to return it to them for them to test themselves as they were not taking my word as a customer that there is a problem.

If they are so convinced that I’m lying then why not say ok return the product so we can test it ourselves?!?!?!????? This company is TERRIBLE and to those buying from them in Sweden. Good luck!

Good service and really well packed for shipping. This is so important with fluids, thanks. Price/quality unbeatable.

In February 2026 I ordered several shampoo that couldn't find around in Sweden.
Delivery was finished within 2 weeks. I was not in rush, so, it's absolutely fine.
Both shampoo types were as expected.
The price is a bit more expensive than wished but ordering several pieces facilitates the cost.
Overall, I am fully satisfied.

I finally found an item I had been searching for but couldn't find in other online stores of this kind. The delivery was fast and exactly as promised. The products arrived in their original packaging and were great value for money.

I have got what I paid for, fairly quickly. I was always informed as a customer about the status, and I managed to get something that is not available in Sweden.

Awful experience got a used prodoct an the other one was missing. Tried to contact customer service for a resolution and no help.0

I ordered hair dye and it arrived fast and correctly :) I liked the variety in brands as well

Varning, akta dig för detta bluff företag!!! De lockar med låga priser men är ett riktigt bluff företag som verkar från Polen.

För att göra en lång historia kort. Jag beställde en parfym 100 ml där flaskan var krossad vid leveransen. Då kontaktar jag företaget direkt, som ber mig skicka bild bevis. Men även om bilderna tydligt visar vad som hänt är bilderna inte godkända. Företaget hävdar att bilderna är photoshoppade och att parfymen inte tillhör deras lager.

Vid närmare granskning av parfymen och förpackningen visar det sig att parfymen är ”fake”.

Var försiktig, handla inte här, du får bara problem. Detta företag har satt i system att lura sina kunder. Vilket också är anledningen till den negativa feedbacken.

Warning, beware of this scam company!!! They attract with low prices but are a real scam company operating from Poland.

To cut a long story short. I ordered a perfume 100 ml where the bottle was broken on delivery. Then I contact the company directly, who asks me to send pictures. But even though the pictures clearly show what happened, the pictures are not approved. The company claims that the images are photoshopped and that the perfume does not belong to their warehouse.

Upon closer examination of the perfume and the packaging, it turns out that the perfume is fake.

Be careful, don't shop here, you'll only get problems. This company has set up a system to deceive its customers. Which is also the reason for the negative feedback received.

i was v sceptical after reading reviews here (i always come to trustpilot before trying a new website out), but decided to take the chance since i really wanted some products that i couldn't find anywhere else in europe plus it was quite cheap too. so I ordered, the package came quick (less than a week) and everything was packaged v nicely, i'm v happy with the products too. while other customers' bad experiences are valid reviews, my experience was very good. i will order again!

I bought hair brush dryer here. It came in a bad quality. With scratches. I filled out an application about returning. Very slow process from Makeup.se side, no telephone numbers at the website, no telephone numbers in emails. There is no respect to clients at all. I just can not return it and give money back, because there is any activity from Makeup.se, any call!
Never ever again I am gonna buy here something.

Ordered some products. They claim to have delivered it, but UPS confirms it was on a wrong address. Contacted Makeup's support and they would fix it, but after two weeks and several emails, still no resolution. Had to make a payment claim through my bank.
if you have other possibilities dont use this company/website.
