I bought the 2 in 1 wireless dog fence and training collar on April 6 and I received it on April 9, which is super fast. It works on my labrador! After 3 days training, she knows the boundaries. Happiest purchase

Just received this but can't use because no collar was sent with my unit. The receiver cannot be attached to the dogs collar because it needs to be threaded on, and the dog collar has clasps on both ends, not allowing to attach. The guide shows a strap collar pictured as a component, but is missing. Has anyone had this problem?
I reached out to customer service thru email and they responded quickly to correct the issue and send the collar asap.

Had a problem with Transmitter, got one replaced within a week of contacting the company .Julia was support person i was in contact with, could not fault her or company

Don't buy this piece of junk! Just bought one and it will not make a perimeter. It is all over the place. I have a Golden Retriever and I tried for 5 days to make a perimeter and the Luxipaws cannot do it no matter what you do. I even tried Luxipaws outside as the instructions said you could, and the system is waterproof. The same thing happened as above. I'm going to purchase a PetSafe also, the charge on the batteries does not hold a charge very long. Maybe one day or less. I'm going to purchase a PetSafe as I had one in the past and had it 10 years with NO Problems..

I've started use this luxi paws wireless fence the last month. I have to charge the collar up twice a day. I only put on my dog when I let him out. He's only out for 30 minutes at a time 4 times a day. This collar is junk.

It's a good training collar but definitely NOT a wireless fence!!@

This is a piece of crap!! Poorly made. When you use it it doesn’t work . Have to be Chinese to read and understand instructions. Very very poor!

This collar scored way lower than what I was hoping for. The controller part beeps so loud every time you hit the button in training mode. I’ve also had to pair the collar to the controller at least 3 times. They aren’t staying synced. Pretty annoying. The controller also only stays charged for about a day so being in training mode I have to keep plugging it in. Once in fence mode it probably won’t be as much of an issue but right now it is. I planned on returning it after 1.5 weeks bc of these issues but the company charges you restocking fees, processing fees and you have to pay to ship it back so at that point I figured I’d just keep it and save myself some hassle. I would not recommend this collar. I’m pretty bummed it wasn’t as expected considering the price.

For the money you can't beat this product it's a great entry level e-collar don't expect too much but it works expect too much expect too much for the price I found it to be a really good value

So far so good ,the only thing I don’t like is collar that made of plastic and kind annoying to put and remove .they should make it like regular collar ( clothes) and a snap connection .so you don’t have to check the fittings on your dog neck.also the remote is slippery on hands .why not make it like a rubbery frame.

The collar did not work well; it kept shutting off after 3 mins. I tested it. The distance is not what was claimed and if you have it for more than 30 days, no refund. Not a good purchase.

I purchased this set with 3 units and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone, the quality is very poor especially the design of the collars provided. My dogs have pulled all 3 units off the collars loosing the rubber tips that prevent the dogs getting burned when using the shock method.
Luxipaws website has not answered my email asking if I can purchase replacement tips

Within months both collars broke. Got a replacement collar just in time for the console to break. No customer service number and will not respond to my emails. Don't buy this product!
