Great Job Luxipaws…

I had a great experience with Luxipaws customer service. I had purchased the wireless fence with two collars in the summer. In December one of the bars on one of the receiver collars broke. I expected to have to purchase a new collar but I decided to reach out to customer service anyway. Their response was prompt, gracious and understanding. Once I could provide photo evidence, a new collar was shipped to me within a day. I truly couldn't believe it. Thank you very much Luxipaws!!

Do not order their products

Do not order their products. They fail after 30 day warranty is up and then in order to get any help you'll spend weeks emailing back and forth. Then when you finally get a resolution, they'll send your replacement products to old addresses even after you sent in an email with the correct information. Completely a waste of time and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

The reviews on their website are lies

The reviews on their website are lies. I bought the product and immediately one of the "antennas" popped off. It was a hollow plastic tube. Not an antenna. Both "antennas are easy to remove and are plastic - just for looks. There was constant interference and the collars would beep while they were within range. The batteries are terrible. The base unit had to remain plugged in at all times when the collars were in use and even then it would randomly turn off. If the base unit turns off while the collars are on IT WILL SHOCK YOUR PET. I left a review on their website but shockingly only 4 and 5 star reviews show up. This place is selling crappy products that they can't back. Of course luxipaws didn't respond to my review or offer to make things right. The collars stopped charging or turning on even when plugged in after ~ 6-7 months. I paid $168 for the set. I received them on 12/9/2022 and they stopped working summer of this year.

I absolutely love these collars

I absolutely love these collars! The system is great for training or just to have your dogs stay on the property. I use these daily on livestock guardian dogs. The support team is even more amazing. They're always there, they get back to you in a timely fashion and they're beyond helpful and understanding! Don't waste your money on super expensive collars when these are affordable and work great!

Luxipaws customer service is fantastic

Luxipaws customer service is fantastic. Our remote suddenly started flashing and when I reached out they were quick to respond, helpful and professional. They gave us some strategies to try and fix it. When that did not work, they immediately sent us a new one. Thank you Sarah and Julie for your awesome sales service!

I just want this made right !

This is junk and thier customer service is horrible. I purchased a unit with 3 collars they are supposed to be water proof, wrong! I have only had the unit for 4 months. One of the collars the sticker over the power button came off and now you can see inside the unit. They replaced one collar and now a different collar isn't working it won't shock. I sent in a video they asked for but no response and it been 3 weeks now Now I understand why they don't have a number to contact them. I just want a new unit !!!

great product "wireless fence". even better customer service. the unit is so important as i had 2 puppies on my large property. i have had the need to contact customer service dept. and the problem is my mistake they fix the problem. thank you

This is fraud!!

Horrible product! It is flawed, detrimental to training, and left my dog shivering and afraid of where to go for safety in the house and yard. It beeps, vibrates, and shocks randomly!! It is obviously useless for containment and even worse for training. The only thing the company stands behind is their 30-day return policy—which they are strict on, of course. But hey, at least they offered me a 10% off coupon in case I want to buy more illegitimate products from them. Nobody has time for this bs. Don’t buy from them—total fraud!

I vote no.

Very unreliable and detrimental to training my dogs. If there was anything between us like a car or a bush it would continually shock the dog. If you turn off the controller it starts shocking the dogs. Please don't use this!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only was the 2 in 1 e-collar system faulty and poor quality, but they do not honor their return policy. I have been reaching out to them for the last 4 months trying to get my refund back after paying S&H to send it back to them, and they continuously advise me they are unable to process a refund for technical reasons. And then ask for bank account information or sensitive account information for payment. Clearly not an appropriate means of refunding money but setting up for further fraudulent activity. I have reported this company to the BBB and I want to warn all others before they end up giving money to this scam of a business. Not only was I not able to use the product due to the constant faults it had but now I still am out $165. Please save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable company even if it costs a little more it will save you from dealing with these scammers and provide you with an actual useable fence system for your dogs.

The collar randomly shocks or vibrates…

The collar randomly shocks or vibrates my dog. I've owned it for 4 months. The customer service was of very little help and stated that the dog may be between the transmitter and receiver. After locating the receiver to the top of the dogs neck, there was no improvement in performance. Even set at 300 meters he would get alerted at 10 feet! Luxipaws just says that I am out of my 30 day warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Do not order from this company...

The advertisements are misleading and false... The customer support is basically zero....
the collars would not charge...
There is no training remotes you have to carry the base unit around your yard like you're flying a remote control drone....

Best of all the company will not support you to upgrade to a better model even when you're offering to spend more money with them....

This is obviously a quick money grab for something very cheaply made..

We are working with the Federal trade commission and the New York State attorney general ... There is no phone number to call with a problem....They offer a 30-day return policy but they include the time it takes to ship it to you as part of the 30 days.,. Very friendly until the day they get your money..... This is basically a scam..

Avoid these problems do not be abused by misleading ads that they post and do not buy...

Save your money.

This has to be the most cheaply made collar and wireless set I have ever seen. The collars lose connection throughout the yard without even going out of boundary (trees not in area) . The collar has already shocked my dog due to loosing connection and he was not out of the boundary. Now he will not even leave the porch.

150 feet max ! Very sensitive to trees elevations.

Hey guys,
I leave in the country side with some trees .
Collars started going off at 120 feet. That's only with few trees in between so definitely not a 300 meters or 900 feet fences , thats would be a lie . Maybe 100-150 max . Also if you go down hill or up it will go off. So yah not super good unless u have a small lawn n house them it works .

I ordered 2 dog trading collars with remote
Items should have delivered 05/12/2023.
USPS is awaiting some sort of confirmation on address. I gave Luxipaw my correct address when items were ordered. I’ve sent numerous emails to the seller and they are giving the same BS from USPS website. I would never buy anymore from Luxipaw

The Best!!!!

In the process of ordering, the address for delivery was entered wrong, (prolly my fault!) I approached customer service to see if the problem could be rectified. They reacted immediately and sent me a new product! Julie was especially helpful!
I think the product is excellent as well as the service!

These training aids are a game changer for training.

First let me say your product is fantastic. Have two Malinois pups and corrected issues using your product within a few days. First time using this training aid and it was a game changer for training.

Your service is excellent. Had a problem with one receiver and Julie in customer service responded promptly and issued a replacement receiver. Extremely satisfied with your after sale service
