Product did not work

This is regarding the Toasfaren portable car heater by Canemax. Product did not work. We provided multiple videos as requested showing it doesn't work. After agreeing to send a replacement, they then claimed they no longer make the product and cannot offer a replacement. I sent them a screenshot of their current website prominently featuring the same product. They then said they just realized they do still offer it and would send a replacement. Several weeks later they retracted the offer and said they cannot provide a replacement with no reason given. They said they would offer a refund if we to pay to ship the broken one back to China. As they are clearly untrustworthy, I did not agree to this. They dragged out the return process for 4 months continually changing their mind about helping or not but never following through with anything. I finally got a refund from my credit card and told them to investigate this company for fraud. This company is BAD NEWS and does not honor their alleged 100% guaranteed warranty. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased a CaneMax ToasFaren Portable heater for my car

I purchased a CaneMax ToasFaren portable car heater. It is cheaply manufactured and doesn't work, so I requested an RMA. Customer service asked for documentation, including pictures of the mailing label, box, and other photos. I sent them and they said they would escalate my case. They did nothing. Then I started all over again from the beginning in an endless loop. Do not purchase this product. There are similar products on Amazon and Amazon values its customers and stands behind their sales. This company doesn't care.

STAY AWAY FROM CANE MAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not interface with this company for any reason or purchase. I bought two pair of swimming headphones which should have been easy to set up and then work, right? Well when you find out they don't and want to return, be prepared to have to start blood pressure medication. The return policy is a joke. So complicated and once you finally hear from them, it makes you smile because you cannot believe it. STAY AWAY FROM CANEMAX! September 3, 2025 is an estimated beginning date. May have been before. Today is February 26, 2026. Still begging for what I am owed. (pitiful too - how they figure their refunds)

The gloves I got were not for cold…

The gloves I got were not for cold weather…… that’s what I ordered. They said they would work with me to send them back and get the correct ones. It has been over two months now, with no results. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company.

Order the RediGlura device and after…

Ordered the RediGlura device and after one month it stopped working. I’ve been going back-and-forth with them since mid December because they do not want to move forward with honoring the Warranty that I have for the device. DO NOT order from this company!!

Stay away from Canemax

I’ll be as brief as I can but agree 100% with all the negative reviews.Ordered a highly-rated pair of electronic earmuffs. After 27 days received earmuffs-a different brand and probably a cheap knockoff. Trying to deal with customer support is exhausting and futile.

Poor quality, disappointing customer service, avoid

Bought a vacuum backpacks for travelling, it didnt make the first stop in the Philippines before the zip broke, then after two weeks of travelling the stitching starting coming apart on the carry strap. Reported the fault to Canemax as it came with a one year warranty, emailed on purchase, but still have not resolution, despite emails going back and forth since beginning of December. Disappointing customer service. Avoid.

Would give less than a 1 star

Would give less than a 1 star. Wrong size, not rechargeable as advertised, no customer service. I guess I have to loose my money on this product. It was a scam product. They said socks are a personal item and non returnable. Do not buy from them!!!!

Poor, untrustworthy supplier

Stay away from this company! I bought a product for €200 that I wasn't happy with, so I wanted to send it back via customer support and asked for a refund, but I haven't heard back. I've tried to contact them three times, but no one is responding. I would never buy anything from them again and hope that many others will do the same.

Finger weg von dieser Firma! Ich habe mir ein Produkt um 200 Euro gekauft, wo ich nicht zufrieden war, wollte es über Support zurück schicken, mit der Bitte, das Geld wieder zurück zu überweisen, keine Rückmeldung. Schon 3 mal versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, da reagiert niemand. Würde dort nie mehr etwas kaufen und hoffe, viele andere machen es auch so.

Order a pair of heated boot insoles…

Order a pair of heated boot insoles from Canemax for Christmas. Order came in defective. Emailed them and they said they couldn’t find my order. Per thier request I emailed them a copy of the order, a picture of the packaging, and a video of the defective product. There response, “hear something in 1-3 business days. That was nearly two weeks ago. Now they don’t even respond to emails. One of the worst customer service companies I’ve ever dealt with. Pleas don’t order from them. They are a fraud!

Scammers!!!

Same as everyone else. Ordered an expensive rock tumbler and received a toy for ages 8 and up. Just an outrageous misrepresentation of the product. In addition it was supposed to be here by Christmas and didn’t arrive until the middle of January. Tried to return and the email bot ghosted me after I said the only solution is to return and refund.

If I could give them ZERO stars I…

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I googled - BEST heated gloves - I was directed to purchase from Canemax their Volpax heated gloves = supposedly the BEST. They arrived defective - they don't work! I was asked to send a video and pictures - told them NO! I asked for a refund - someone was to get back to me in a few days. I'm still waiting for a response. Now, they stopped replying to my multiple/daily emails. Don't purchase from Canemax and don't purchase the heated gloves from Volpax. What a CROCK!

Ordered an item from Canemax as a…

Ordered an item from Canemax as a Christmas present. Order date was Dec 2 with website stating delivery would be before Christmas. Shipment arrived post Christmas. While requesting a refund, Canemax requested it be shipped back to CHINA. There was no mention of this in their refund policy online. Completely unreasonable. Do not purchase from this merchant!

No dog bed, no refund

I ordered a heated dog bed for $79.99. It never arrived. I contacted the company and they promised that it had shipped. I then inquired again when it didn't arrive and they acknowledged that it hadn't shipped and that I would get a refund. No refund and now no one answers my emails. This company is a total scam. Let everyone know that they don't just sell junk, they don't even deliver the garbage they sell and they keep your money. Stay far, far away from this company. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option. As a follow up to my review above, I finally received my refund. It took far too long and came only after I wrote repeatedly to the company.

Scam device - sold as new and it wasn't!

I ordered an underwater MP3 player from them that was supposed to have a proprietary USB charging cable for it and the package did NOT have it when I opened it. By sheer dumb luck, I had a friend who had the necessary cable and lo! When I plugged the device in using the cable, the device that was SUPPOSED TO BE NEW already had music on it!!! It was supposed to be new item and it obviously was a return that was repackaged and resent as new.

TITLE: PRODUCT IS A DUD


TITLE: PRODUCT IS A DUD. IT DOES NOT WORK

The product – Raxillere Animal Repeller, is a complete dud. It does not work. I bought one recently. Finding out that it does not work, I immediately contacted Canemax. They promptly acknowledged my communication, but that was all. I have not received my refund, and they have stopped replying to my emails. Customer Service is non-existent. The company is a ripoff.
UPDATE 01/27/28
This is an update: Customer Service communicated with me - requested that I submit photograph of the product, so did. They then informed me that company policy requires me to return the product at my expense; on receiving the product they will decide how much to refund me; and USPS is their shipper of choice.
I packaged the product and priced it at USPS. The shipping charges to their location in China would be just under $49. Seeing the price of the product is $79., and if Canemax decided to refund me full price, my effective return would be $30. So, I decided to forgo the return and tossed the product in the trash. The product is a Dud. The company is a ripoff.

Never shop here

Ordered rechargeable heated socks. Took weeks to get them they shipped from china. Received inferior products, battery pack not rechargeable. Scam company wish id seen the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a Delpinwat swimmers watch…

I ordered a Delpinwat swimmers watch for a birthday gift and it was wonderful until it was missing the charging cord. Tried several times contacting customer service but kept getting run around. Never getting answers on how to purchase a charging cable for watch that unfortunately isn't compatible with any chargers in the states. Company advertising is fake. The worst customer service and no answers.
