Received the bag in excellent condition as described and posted quickly, was even sent extra videos and photos before purchasing to make sure I was happy, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company for preloved designer bags, buying and selling from them both have been an absolute pleasure ❤️ I also managed to get a rare YSL which I’m so pleased about as they no longer make this colour!
