Absolutely appalling. Product completely different from what described/ seen. Poor quality and for return was horrendous. Ended up accepting 30% on a product i threw in the bill. As they kept wasting my time emailing back and forth with small offers. Delivery took over a month

I bought a children's watch which you czn make calls on and it does not work, the location tracker is always wrong, the calls do not go through. I have emailed the company 3 times to return the watch but I have got no reply. Stay away from Luminoir

When you click on the 'account' button on there website, the 'person' icon that says 'my account', it shows the logo of Luminoir next to a 4,5 star Trustpilot review - BS: the rating very poor on Trustpilot.

I ordered two lamps (€250) and had a terrible experience. I found an NRC article mentioning the name of the owner of this webshop and his dropshipping activities. I'm definitely not a fan of him!

Really bad items! Not worth the price they have!shame on you, scammers!

Product was nothing at all like advertised, ordered a hand made coffee cup and received a cheap mug with a photo poorly printed across it. It would be funny if it had not cost me money. Ive contacted their customer service multiple times or a refund and no response..

This is not a Dutch Nl. website, it s all fake.

This is a HUGE SCAM. I ordered two separate dolls for Xmas presents cost €100. Supposed to be handmade soft body Waldorf dolls suitable for young children. Instead I received a cheap plastic replica not worth €10. Absolute disgrace that this type of scam is allowed to operate.

Don't buy from here, it's a scam. Paid 100 euro for a LED Sand Art lamp that looked great on website, they sent me some rubbish not worth 10 euro that isn't even a lamp. Was meant to be a Christmas present for someone which has made it even worse, site should be shutdown

Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t buy from this website!

This is a “fake” store front, they don’t have products in stock and do drop shipping from china. What that means is that when you buy something from them, their Chinese supplier send the goods directly to your address, they don’t have a physical place with a warehouse in the Netherlands.

So they are selling you products for a much higher price, the shipping takes long because it comes directly from china and there’s no way you can return it.

They state on their website that you can return an item without any reason within 30 days… good luck with that! Been trying to return an item for a week and they keep on sending me more and more emails leading me on, asking me for pictures, then asking something else, then offering an exchange instead, hoping you’ll give up because the customer service is just impossible to talk to and you can only reach them by email.

Don’t buy from them!!! Not worth it!

Bought a robot vacuum it worked fine for about 4 months then started to lose charge quickly contacted liminior seven months after purchase, and they completely ignored my messages I would rather give my money to charity than ever buy from this company again

Premium price for low-grade material.
You pay a high price and expect quality. Instead, it is low-grade material shipped directly from China. Found the same product elsewhere at 20% of the price (with much faster delivery).

Deceitful with delivery dates, it took weeks if not months to receive anything. Company is not in NL, everything came from Asia (china). Pacakaging was cheap. Quality is more or less ok but nothing exceptional at all. The lamps work, look fine but there were no clear instructions on hownto build them. Fine this time but I am afraid to order again.

These are scammers doing dropshipping from China! Beware!!!!

Drop shipping from China - wont accept returns. They should be closed down

High price for such poor quality. Had to ship the lamps back to China at my expense and wait for the goods to be cleared. In short - never again.

Ordered a lamp, found out later that Luminoir is a drop shipper. Lamp arrived from China, very bad quality. Asked for a refund form, but up to now did not receive it. I am in contact with nietbezorgd.nl. Hope this will solve the problem. Never buy anything with Luminoir, they are scammers.

Received a broken lamp, emailed multiple times, tried to call multiple times, nothing.
Complete waste of time and money.

Cheap product from China, not as advertised. I received a damaged, dirty, and low quality product that looked nothing like advertised and it arrived 6 weeks after purchase. This company is a sham. Customer support does not reach you.
