I bought several items, one shoe didn’t fit, they agreed after numerous emails I should send it back to TURKEY! I paid USPS $81 for shipping, 3 weeks later it was back in the USA, they refused to accept delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.

Nice well made sandals; however, I ordered a size nine and got a pair that were much larger and couldn’t be worn. Quite a disappointment.

I am disappointed with my recent shoe purchase from RileyRiver. The product I received did not meet the quality and appearance/expectations presented on the website. The shoes appeared poorly made, and the leather is not genuine leather.
Additionally, the overall purchasing experience was frustrating. Communication regarding my order was not as clear as I had hoped, and resolving my concerns through customer service has been ignored. As a customer, I expect better product quality and more responsive support.
I hope RileyRiver will take steps to improve both its product quality and customer service to provide a better experience for future customers.

Shirt looked nice online. Arrived with no tags at all. Poor stitching and thin cheap material. The shoes reek of chemicals. I mean reek. And also look cheap. I doubt they're actually leather.
I requested a refund and was told I could keep the items for a 15% refund, or return them for a store credit. I would never buy from this site again.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter in NYC and the shoes arrived from China within two weeks and are lovely. They are a half size too small so she will donate and we shall keep looking. The communications from the company were EXCELLENT and included tracking. The shoes were packaged beautifully. Thank you, Riley River!

Unable to wear the shoes, I need a wide shoe. But they are some beautiful shoes. My brother in-law is able to wear them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. After receiving my order (several pairs), I realized the shoes did not match the quality described online and did not fit properly based on the size they claimed it to be. I immediately reached out to request a return, but it took multiple attempts and a significant amount of time before I received any response.

When the company finally replied, I was not given a return option. Instead, I was offered a partial refund of 15%, which was not reasonable given that the shoes cost over $200 and did not meet expectations. Although the percentage increased slightly after continued communication, it was still not enough to justify keeping an item I neither wanted nor could use.

I repeatedly requested to return the shoes and was even willing to pay for return shipping. However, I was told the items had to be returned to Turkey, with shipping costs exceeding $75. This was confusing and frustrating, as the company’s website lists a U.S. location in Florida. Despite asking several times, I was not offered a domestic return option. (The website has since included verbiage stating that returns are not handled in the US - this was not stated when I purchased the shoes)

It was only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company that communication became more responsive. At that point, I was offered a refund if I withdrew my claim—something that could have been resolved much earlier. I was also disappointed to learn that inaccurate information may have been provided during the dispute process.

Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. I was initially excited about my purchase, but the lack of transparency, delayed responses, and difficulty with the return process made this a negative experience. I would encourage others to be cautious when ordering and to carefully review the company’s return policies before making a purchase.

Purchased women’s boots - worst product ever. Claimed to be leather - not one ounce leather in the making. Cheap, nasty and ugly. Never buy again from these rip offs.

I ordered a pair of shoes in February-shipping took 6 weeks-when received they were the wrong size-they had me pay $29.99 to ship a new pair-over multiple communications they said the second pair was shipped. It is the end of May and now they’re saying that pair is out of stock. How were they shipped if they were out of stock they are refusing to refund. SCAM

BEWARE: rileyrivershop is not a competent business operation in my experience. A waste of time and money. Unacceptable - you can find those items at a competent business.

Can’t get an answer on their customer service number. I want to return the shoes but I’m responsible to pay for shipping back to Turkey. The cheapest option is $256 to return these shoes I bought for $83 including shipping lol. What a scam. I’ll be disputing that charge.

I really love my shoes $129.00 all I need is a half size larger. BTW I also wrote numerous emails. The communication is not good. People spend a lot of money with you and I beleive we deserve GOOD customer service. I surley hope someone gets back to me.

I have been trying to exchange a pair of shoes for over a month now. I have emailed and phoned customer service repeatedly letting them know I need a larger size, without any return communication.

RileyRiver is one of the worse retailers I have ever done business with. No where on their site do they say the products come from China. Everything is cut extremely small by American standards. Tveee is a serious language barrier when dealing with there support team. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. Don’t buy from this company.

The quality and style of these shoes are amazing, I'm so very happy with them.

This is one of the biggest scam in the planet. They offered a credit then disconnect the contact or no resonse at all.
