The Lumimeds care team has bin great with my journey into peptides and they have been responsive to all my questions Cara in particular 😀

I am about to start month 7 and as of July 10 I’ve lost 29 lbs. I want to lose 18 more but the doctor said 8 more would be enough. My experience has been great. Any questions I have are answered within a few minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I started with Lumi Meds in May. So far the experience has been great. The process was quick and easy, even when the time came to reorder. I did have 1 glitch with the reorder, the pharmacy forgot to send the syringes. I sent a message in my portal with the oversight and it was quickly rectified.
I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect with Lumi Meds but am very happy that I chose them.

Jay took extra time to explain the new process in great detail. I truly appreciate the effort and the continued communication.

I've researched many companies that offer GLP-1 products. I decided to go with LimiMeds for the following reasons: 1) Solid Competitive Price 2) Quick Processing (2-3 days) 3) Delivered RX "cold" 4) Excellent Email and Text communication process 5) Easy-to-use website. Will follow up on RX efficacy in 2-3 months. Very happy customer!

I was totally frustrated and not nice and your representative worked me through it

This company has no customer support agents that actually want to help you. Do not trust this company's subscription model. I got an automated renewal charge less then 24 hours after it processed. I immediately messaged and called customer support the exact same day to cancel the order.
Even though they successfully stopped the order that was forced on me. They refuse to give me my full refund. The only choices I was given was to lose a MASSIVE $100 for a partial refund and get absolutely no product or get a store credit that will never be used. Even though they’ve done absolutely nothing to receive the money. No physician reviewed it, no pharmacy compounded it, and absolutely nothing shipped. They don’t care medically if there was a bad reaction. They don’t care that I finished paying my the first order despite not using it. I spoke to their “retention” agent named Hannah that absolutely did not care about my issue.
Instead, they try to trap me with the only two disgusting options.
Hannah showed no empathy and repeated the same thing over and over to get the call done with. Their business practices are designed to hold your money hostage. They don’t notify you of the renewal on purpose. That way they can trap you by preventing you from canceling, what they consider to be “on time”. All the one star reviews that I’ve seen all are similar experiences. You would think they would change their practice if everyone is upset due to the same issue. I also see that most of those reviews are responded to by LumiMed “promising” they are going to reach out to “make it right”. I bet you they only reach out to give them the same 2 atrocious options. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that has honest billing practices.

I had Greg assist me today with my order. He did a great job and help me through the process of getting my order processed.He assisted me with the website and getting to the form that needed to be completed. He was a big help!

I have been with LumiMeds for two months. So far so good. Did have a problem with ordering my 3rd month prescription but Greg was so very helpful. I was so frustrated. Greg helped me get my order completed and received in one day. Thank you, Greg!

Lumimeds has helped me not only lose the stubburn fat but regain my confidence. I feel amazing and look fabulous! I've lost 40 pounds!! Their customer and provider support is excellent and will answer any questions you may have. The pharmacy they use for compounding my Tirzepatide is also top-notch. I 100% recommemd Lumimeds!

Tim was very efficient at getting back to me after I left a chat message. I am very satisfied with his customer service.

I have sent multiple question’s through the chat and have promptly received answers. Today my questions were more involved. I received an answer through the chat and a follow up phone call from Cara. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process.

Please do not under any circumstances use this site!!! These people have never filled a prescription for me and have held onto my money since February without a refund. It's now July! They also take HSA funds and violate the IRS code since payment cannot be in advance of services rendered. I feel as though I was scammed out of my money. Don't do it. I've lost $400 with this company with no medication. These other reviews must be paid reviews or something.
