Lumi meds team always responds promptly. I have not had an issue at with my subscription.

Appreciate ALL that the Lumimeds team has done to support my adventure in weight loss….down 75lbs and maintaining 3 weeks since my last injection! Thus I asked to place my subscription on hold for now! Also, I have shared my adventure/ success with others who are looking into opportunities!

Wasn’t impressed. Quick to charge but SLOW TO GET THE MEDS!

I have lost 70 pounds on compound Tirzepatide. I found that Lumi meds was probably so far out of three online places I have tried , it was the best. I made sure that I only got the 3 months and paused so I did not get charged for a subscription. I paid $599 to start on my 15mg dosage and I actually stretched my 3 months worth to 6 months. I am at the weight I am comfortable down from size 16 to an 8 and my chest size went from 40DD back to a 36D instead of C so I have curves in all the right places. I will not lie and say I went to the gym
It worked out. I did none of that but I did take vitamin D from my doc every week with my injection. Sometimes I did mine every two weeks or 10 days. I will say you need a stool softener or find something that helps you stay regular because my only side effect was severe consolation since I’m on an opiate program that I am weening off of biweekly now so hopefully that will really help me get back to a regular digestion. I am now starting to do squats, a full body strength class and lower body strength class for free to try at orange theory, I got a 7 day free pass to try anytime fitness. And I will most likely stick with them
Or the cheap route back in planet fitness to build me glute muscles back up because I lost so much fat my butt is so small. I need to tone and strengthen my body. I wish I did that the whole time I was losing the weight but I lost it sitting on my hutt working online. I ate whatever I wanted too. My weight gain was due to hormonal issues and I was 230 at 5’7 and I used to be a professional ballet dancer. I was out of my comfort zone and I was injured and then I was always in pain and being heavy was causing my knees and all joints to hurt. I am so glad this compound Tirzepatide has changed my life. Semiglutide had too many side effects that made me feel sick and just gross. I highly recommend Lumi meds as well as the Tirzepatide. I am looking into trying other products offered as an injectable as well. My meds came 2 days after my order that was approved the same day I ordered it. I honestly love lumimeds and love that I’m looking thin and young again! I can share clothes with my 14 and 21 yr old! That’s awesome!

The ordering of my meds was easy but confusing. I wanted a certain dose and they would not authorize it. When I attempted to cancel they said it is too late.

So basically you expect to get something and it seems like it will work out, and then last second you get a different dose with no recourse.

Ultimately I took more than prescribed to get what I wanted and then switched providers.

They really broke down the answers to my questions in the simplest form until I had a full understanding of the directions. Their patience was phenomenal.

Julius has been so helpful! He is swift to respond, listens to my concerns and is caring in his communication. His customer service is top notch!
