Nothing but a scam. Goods ordered, next to no communication, request for a despatch or delivery date was met with a link to a 'customer service' dept with a completely different company name. Second request for info and I was directed to yet another differently named place. It was only now I decided to search for some reviews, and the overwhelming response was that the company never deliver. Thankfully I'd payed with PayPal so I raised a chargeback request which was completed within a couple of hours, so I suspect they've dealt with this bunch of sharks before.
This one star review is one star more than they deserve!

Scam company. Takes money and never sends. Placed an order, never received any confirmation or order number, never received any dispatch notice. No response to email sent to address on website. Had to raise it with my bank and get a refund. Be wary. Website appears secure but definite scam.

Zero stars!!! I ordered a flying back ball, the site scammed me into buying 4, no response from customer services despite repeated emails. Worse still this needs a remote control to turn it off.. 4 balls and not 1 had a control! So this thing was just flying around the room until eventually I jammed it back into the box and waited for it do die! (Whoch only took a few minutes) feel so stupid for falling for this, AVOID!!!!

Zero star is not an option for this company , I ordered glasses and I didn’t receive them till today and the company I ordered with(clearpay )is deducting my money for receiving nothing … LUCKINWISH.CO.UK is a scam please be WARNED ..I wish I read the reviews before buying…….THIEVES ,THIEVES, THIEVES

I've emailed this company a few times as I've not received my items that I've paid for yet they've not replied. I can't find a telephone number to talk to anyone either. Do not order from this company.

Avoid like the plague, no contact from seller, no item received, when tried to reclaim money via bank it states that a recurring payment has been set up from what should be a simple online purchase. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

It feels a little bit of a con company,
Zore customer service ability , email 7 time over a few weeks, no response or acknowledgement, charging me for things I didn't order, ( advice avoid luckinwise)

If i could give it zero i would. Ordered a game thats still saying ‘unfulfilled’ on my account. Messaged numerous times to enquire about whats happening and had ZERO response. Customer service is literally non existent

This company takes your order and emails that the goods have been sent and thats the last you hear from them. Over six weeks now and still nothing. Avoid at all costs unless you like your email inbox being flooded with rubbish offers.

SCAM, two weeks on, no order notifications, no tracking number, no reply. Same experience as ebveryone else

I had three hoverballs balls and none of them work and boxes all squashed, they don’t even reply to emails

Should be 0 STARS FOR RETURNING emails ordered on the 6 December on good and no communication sent 3 emails & not one reply from them & only a email address to get in touch with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM might change my mind but what I have read on here I don’t think so

I ordered a face pallete on the 5th december 2025, there has been no tracking details, i also have sent 2 emails with no response its starting to make me think this is a scam company which is heavily advertised on facebook.
