Avoid this company. Ordered products in Nov; still not arrived and they have ignored all of my enquiries/ attempts to engage with them

Do not buy from this company. Product received but was absolute rubbish. No response from the numerous emails I have sent them.

Ordered. A pair of ai glasses a hat came bore no physical resemblance to the picture of what I ordered i ordered black frames with photochromic lenses what i got was cheap Perspex clear lenses the ai assistant is in Chinglish so unless your willing to speak through nose with bad accent not worth a jot, they are basically headphones and not even good ones at that avoid Chinese scammers. This place makes wish look high end. oh and customer support is non existent

Please don’t give them your money. No contact after sales, they send me wrong product, I impulsively bought something that cost half of the price on Amazon, Chinese scammers. Avoid

Will not refund me, will not respond to my email , absolutely avoid this company. They’ve scammed me out of £61

Scam, item never arrived no reply with customer service

Ordered a couple of presents in November and still not received. Did get some tracking detail but overall communication has been poor and not responding to my emails asking for a full refund. Annoyed I didn’t check trustpilot before purchasing first.

This is a scam company! Do not buy anything from them you will not get it!

Only delivered one of each colour useless on their own. These are belt replacements they are two part and only delivered one of each colour pursuing through PayPal as no reponse

Absalout scam do not use this website!! Ordered eye massager 1 month ago , no news as to its arrival or tracking info , paid £45.99 for item not received

Other than a REALLY LONG wait to get my goods, I’m happy with the product. Cheaply made but I would say that’s reflected in the price. I wasn’t expecting them to be all singing and dancing as they were stocking presents and a bit of a laugh.

This is the worst company I have dealt with ever.
I received my order which is second hand at best. Scratched like skates on ice. I have tried several times via email to customer support and received no response. Absolutely no customer suppprt.
Avoid at all costs unless you want shoddy goods, be out of pocket and repeatedly ignored.

Complete scam. Received hover balls but neither worked! Now no response so am out £25!!! Do not shop with this shop. Complete rip off!

Ordered the smart ai glasses they don’t even have the camera on them as advertised avoid this company scams!

Item ordered 6 weeks ago still not arrived tracking say same as did on 12/12/25 emailed them 3 times no reply don’t waste your money you won’t receive your items or a refund

Worst online market place.
Sent me rubbish item after 4 weeks without any update.
Not replying emails and not providing instructions on how to return item.

Scam Scam Scsm,
Purchased a foundation set from Facebook but no email with tracking details. , Emsiled them several times but no response. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction and get a refund. Stay clear of this SCAM COMPANY!

Absolute Scam - do not use this website/company. Order a Christmas present - a toy for my child - which never arrived. I have been unable to make contact with the company and have had zero communication except an initial order confirmation email. I can not get a refund - DO NOT BE TEMPTED. I read the previous trust pilot reviews and thought nothing of it. I regret that decision.
