Luckinwish sent me a parcel which was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. I have been emailing them for a week to try and sort it out but they won’t respond.

Do not buy if you don,t want to wait for Nearly a month Arrived to day10/02/26 in a Post Office 48 Tracked envelope ,what a joke, do not Believe anything to do with the post office luckinwish are selling on Amazon, they would not disclose any information about them , its a SCAM SCAM,SCAM, I was in was the process of getting my money back from my Bank, no delivery information or contact details of any sort to get in touch ,it was Terrible experience , i think it came from USA

Valentine card is TRASH!
I ordered a pop-up flower valentine card from them having seen their advert on Instagram.
When it arrived (without an envelope to send it in!!) it looked inferior and very different to their video advert.
Totally misleading. AVOID these people at all costs!
It cost me £9.99 plus £4.99 postage! A total rip off!
Next time I buy online I will remember to check Trustpilot BEFORE ordering.

Scammers. Do not buy. Never received my order and no one answered my customer service emails.

Goods.eventually turned up a month after order placed. Then only one of each pair arrived making the product totally useless. No response from vendor despite emailing them on their suggested communication channel on 4 occasions. Deal with this organisation at your peril.

I would leave 0 starts if possible. Item never received, no response to may emails sent, scammers avoid at all costs!

I received your item dashcam and I charged the item the battery it should last long time as you describe on the video but it lasts only 12 minutes is my item faulty?

You are a total disgrace to be selling on any decent selling sites. After purchasing 12 useless antifreeze units and trying to contact you, 4 emails with no responce what so ever, I will say within the bounds of any review sites what I think of you and your products, responses, communications. You are a disgrace to decent sellers and I'm hoping your site get pulled off.

Placed an order on the 5th of August 2025. Sent multiple emails no response from them. Do not deal with them, the worst I have ever dealt with.

I have received the goods I had ordered. Both products are faulty. I have written twice to the company asking for the process as to how I return them. I have not received any response I do however keep receiving emails marketing their goods. I hope a representative of the company contacts me about the faulty goods. Thank you

This company is completely ineffective, as I placed an order with them and have yet to receive my item. I've sent multiple emails, but I've received no response at all. Please don't waste your time or money on this company.

Ordered an item before Christmas which never arrived. (Now 5 weeks in). I have repeatedly contacted them with full details requesting a refund, to no avail. Do not trust this company.

AI camera Glasses was advertised but just voice Glasses without camera was delivered, delivery also took forever, no one responds to your enquiry and complain

Would give zero stars if possible. Three emails asking for an update. No response. Will be claiming back costs via credit card
At best utterly useless but probably just scammers / fraudsters

The product is rubbish, it doesn't work, their customer service is non existent, they are very good at bombarding you with emails selling their rubbish, but not so good at answering you. Do not buy from this company

Received email advising my order had been dispatched 07/01/2026. Still not received it. Have sent two emails but no response

Not sure they exist. Stupidly didn’t check before ordering. Product coming from China so no hope of it ever arriving. Don’t waste your money.
UPDATE
Now received my order, although it took ages. Amazed to report that they seem to be working. I do need to microwave them every day but so far so good. It’s clearly the luck of the draw.
