This is my second review with reference to order no. 15094 placed on 12 May. I paid for 2 items and after 2 weeks, on 27, I am informed that only one item will be sent since the other one is no longer available. I have not accepted their offer to replace with some other item, or a certain discount for a future purchase, bla bla bla....
I requested full refund of the money they took for an article which was no longer in stock.
And now the battle starts! They suggest all sorts of alternatives but continue to hold on tight to the money , not a single word of acknowledgement of their fault or about giving money back.
I am afraid I am fighting a lost battle, but I will try at least to "advertise" my experience with this SCAM of a "company", so that potential clients be warned to stay away from them.

I bought a suit for my son, didn’t fit so emailed for address to return and get a refund. Their policy states they will refund full amount. Took a week for them to give me the address, they kept telling me they could only give me a £20 refund (on an £80 suit) and I could kept it. I don’t want a suit that doesn’t fit and nothing in their own policy says anything about a partial refund.
They eventually gave me the return address in China. The suit has been there a month surprise surprise still in customs. They probably tell China not to return things to their warehouse.

Substandard products, NO RETURNS POLICY. If you want to return you have to return to China at your expense. My item was not fit for anything but the bin.
Almost £100 of product and less than one third offered as refund.

They have still not given me my refund after sending me an outfit that looked nothing like what they advertised and missing a belt.
They are only concerned with their imagine and will not respond back via this they want to go private so they can try get you to take a partial refund and not let new consumers see how under handed they are. As soon as I told them I am not willing to change my honest review I have heard nothing from them!

Avoid this site at all costs, total scam we’ve wait nearly three weeks I think for delivery and what has been received must be a cheap copy, poor quality as nothing like the photo of what was advertised. Meant to be natural fibres. No labelling other than to say ‘made in china’ and a 100% polyester. My husband is gutted as loved what he thought he had bought. We will try for a refund but not holding much hope.

I appreciate the company reaching back out and working with me to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the lack of communication and offered me a 70% refund, which I appreciate. While the experience was still frustrating due to the late arrival and wrong size being sent, I do respect that they took accountability and made an effort to make things right. Thank you for resolving the matter professionally
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 2 suits on April 22, and although they took my money immediately, I didn’t receive a tracking number or confirmation email until 2 days later. The order arrived late, and to make matters worse, one of the suits was the wrong size.
I have sent 9 emails and called several times trying to get help. Every single time I was told someone would contact me within 24–48 hours, yet I have never received a single callback or email response.
What makes this even worse is their 14-day return policy. They waste so much time not responding that customers barely have time to fix the issue before the return window closes.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They send your purchase from a nearby hub but demands that you send it to china for a refund. The jacket I bought looked like it was painted on some cheap generic fabric.

Delivery service
I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with Lozenda Fashion. I placed an order for a dress eight days ago, and despite the website stating a delivery time of 5 business days, my package has not arrived.
Currently, the tracking status shows that the "shipping label has been created," but the order hasn't moved at all in days. It seems the package hasn't even been handed over to the courier.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I have tried contacting them via email to resolve this issue, but I have received no response. It is incredibly unprofessional to ignore paying customers after failing to meet your own delivery guarantees.
I would advise others to be cautious before ordering. I am still waiting for my dress or at least a simple update on my order status.

I have bought a pair of boots and would like to return them. Have written twice and haven’t heard from Them. Scam! Have to return the boots within two weeks, to get my money back, but when they won’t write me back, how to return them, I’m stück with boots I can’t use 😤

Impossible return and no support from customer service
I first contacted the company on April 19 to request a return, but their website incorrectly showed my package as still “in delivery,” making it impossible to start the return process.
Their website clearly states: “Not satisfied? Refund guaranteed.”
After my review, they replied publicly and requested photos, which I provided immediately. However, I still have not received any clear return instructions or refund confirmation.
Despite multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved.
As no concrete solution has been provided, I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank for my order
I am still willing to return the items if proper return instructions are finally provided
