Owen, Mia, Katie, and Kyle helped me with the order of my new van. They communicated with me via email and phone calls and helped me with the application process (even if at times the technology let us down).
Owen found me the spec of van I wanted at the price I wanted. They are much cheaper than other leasing companies I have looked at or used in the past.

I was looking for a caddy and an add popped up on Facebook for caddy maxi the quote was very competitive so it was ordered, process was very easy communication was good and paperless, if your looking for a new vehicle I recommend you ask them to cost it for you.

Excellent service from the initial enquiry to the delivery of my van, I would recommend LCV for anyone looking for a van they were really helpful & the process was really easy.

Highly recommended lcv for van leasing, i was looking for a larger van and was offered a great deal on a vw crafter.It only took 6 weeks from the start of the application process to the van being delivered. I dealt with Molly who was very helpful and always available when needed.

Ordered a new caddy process was very easy communication was good and paperless, if your looking for a new vehicle I recommend you ask them to cost it for you.

Very easy to communicate with, good response times and very reasonable deals. Very impressed with the professionalism throught.

My dealings with Lcv started 10 months prior to receiving my vehicle. Whilst all the staff were polite and professional. And overall a pleasant buying experience. After a few misssed opportunities to grab a bargain. Through my own hesitation to commit. I finally signed for what I believe to be a great offer. Over this period I spoke with a number of people. About the offers terms and conditions and was reassured of any concerns. Unfortunately out of the blue after waiting a month for the vehicle to be delivered 7 days before delivery, after paying my first initial fee to secure the vehicle. I was informed the price had gone up by £70 pounds a month. And this was out of their Controle. At no point over the 10 months dealing with them had I been told the price could change at any point.even after paying my first fee annd securing the vehicle. After a few weeks. Delaying the delivery day and having to pay out for a hire vehicle.for that time. I agreed to accept a refund of my initial deposit and £200 good will guesture and a £10 a month reduction on the monthly lease from the £70 increase. This I will say. I was very unhappy about the increase and lack of communication regarding this being a possibility. Especially as I had asked for the terms and condition. But they failed to send them over, Prior to the increase 7 days before delivery.
Overall I will say I still believe this was a fantastic offer cheaper than anywhere else I have looked even after the price increase and without the good will gesture.refunded. It was just a shame this tarnished the the buying experience. Overall has cost me over a £1000 more than I had budgeted fore.
Overall I’m very happy with the vehicle and the manager who tried her best to rectify the situation was polite professional. Reassured me she would do everything she could to rectify this mistake. And I’m gratefull she handled it.
Ultimately I’ve still walked away with an incredible deal. Way cheaper than anyone else had quoted.

I ordered a van with these guys to a specific spec, and received it within 5 weeks. Could have been quicker if I wasn’t fussy on colour. They made everything really simple and got me a van at a great price.

Cant recommend these guys highly enough, We have used them now for over 7 years and we currently have 4 vans with them on contract hire.

What I find is that nothing is ever too much trouble, you pick up the phone, tell them what vehicle you want and the budget you have in mind and they will source it for you.

As a busy business owner it's exactly what I need, strait to the point, fast service with ultimately the best price and information on estimated delivery time.

They give you honest answers to whether they can achieve the budget you want but at all times, work within your budget not theirs and never try to upsell anything to you. Something I have never encountered before with any sales person in the motor trade.

Once you're on file as a customer from here the customer service levels are incredibly high, these people really do care about you.

For any issues, enquiries for your next vehicle it just runs like clockwork as you've built a relationship with them and they hold all your details on file resulting in the process becoming very quick.

The whole process from enquiry through to delivery of a vehicle and handover is seamless and this company have set the bar very high for others to learn from in the motoring world.

I myself have used other companies in the past and they don't even come close to the levels of customer service you get from Low Cost Vans.
