I was kept up to date with my order as and when things progressed. The staff (Molly and Katie in particular) were helpful and understanding with all the questions I had as this is my first time leasing a vehicle. I now have a beautiful van at a very good rate.

Would definitely recommend the LCV group for your leasing needs. We have had many vans off them over a number of years and every time we place a new order they cant do enough to help. The customer service we have received from all members of staff from the quoting stage through to delivery has been great and we wont think twice about continuing to use them for further leases.

Overall despite some issues with an extended procurement period (Initially told "Up to 2 weeks" which became more than 4 !) the team at LCV have been helpful and provided a cheaper lease than the competition.

Highly recommended lcv for van leasing,It only took 6 weeks from the start of the application process to the van being delivered. I dealt with Sophie and Mia who was very professional ,helpful and always available when needed.

Finding the right vehicle is always a daunting ting task. I can say that LCV turned thus process around from the start. From sending quotes, through delivering the vehicle at my door, the whole journey has been great. Every question was answered, every step explained, we now begin a new season with our new van. I took delivery of the VW Transporter in February and from start to finish its was pretty straight forward.
Really helpful and really knowledgeable on your van choices.
The only one issue I had was when the documents where signed they would still chase without looking on the system. Other than that pretty good.

I took delivery of my new t6.1 vw Tranporter yesterday,I dealt with Megan initially who found me the right van in my budget.she was really good to deal with from start to finish.Then I dealt with Molly with all the finance part and delivery,who kept me up to date all the time and was fantastic.
LCV Group have been fantastic I will definitely be recommending to friends and work colleagues.
