I am kindly requesting a refund, but haven’t received any response yet.
I found this app through an Instagram advertisement and decided to test it. However, because my language I did not fully understand the subscription process and accidentally completed a paid subscription that I did not intend to make.
As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted the support team by email and also messaged on Instagram and TikTok, but unfortunately, I have not received any reply so far.

I saw the AD on Facebook, and I was hoping to get products after paying £22.49 only to be informed after payment that it was only product recommendations and no products would be delivered to me. I really would appreciate a refund of my money as I was expecting to get products for my skin.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I got to know their website through instagram AD. I seemed a good thing at first because I was asked all the questions about my skin and products.
The annual subscription I was offered was 0,18€ but the amount I was charged was 64.99€. I didn’t receive any mail of confirmation. And nothing so please don’t trust this website or app. Stay away from it please

The most impressive feature of Lovi is its ability to scan skincare products with incredible accuracy. Unlike Yuka, which requires a barcode, Lovi allows me to simply scan screenshots from online stores and receive a detailed analysis of the product's ingredients and effectiveness. This has saved me so much time and effort in researching products! Additionally, Lovi offers a summary of reviews and a price comparison feature, making it even easier to find the best deals on the highest quality skincare products. This app truly has it all! But wait, there's more! Lovi also includes a Face Scanner feature, which allows me to analyze changes in my skin over time. This has been incredibly helpful in tracking the progress of my skincare routine and ensuring that I'm using the most effective products for my unique skin needs. My skin is so much healthier than ever before!
I absolutely love this app! I wonder why none of my beauticians (who are really good, by the way) ever recommended such a simple daily routine for my skin. Lovi’s products and recommendations work exactly as I’ve always wished for! I have oily skin with visible pores, and I used to see my beautician monthly. But since using the app for almost a year, I don’t need those appointments anymore. My skin has completely transformed thanks to the smart daily routine and is so much healthier than ever before!
