The app is extremely confusing. For the price that you’re paying you would think you’re getting samples of different creams for your face. I was completely shocked to find that somehow I was billed twice. I knew I pressed the first button to accept the subscription, but then don’t know how I did the second button. Now for the exciting part, I emailed them Christmas Eve about canceling the subscription and a full refund and within hours I received an email stating no problem. They apologize and immediately let me know. I would get my refund within five days. I was ready for a fight but the company came through like a champ. I truly love the concept of this app. The price is ridiculous for no samples you’re just giving us directions on what to try. I love the AI and facial scan, but I think there’s some extra work that needs to be done in order to take this app to the next level. I gave it four stars for the potential I see in it and the quick response to getting my money back.

Firstly, I want to say that I noticed the last upgrade to the Lovi algorithm. I really appreciate that the app now only shows product links for items that are purchasable in my country. This really improved the overall app experience.
However, there is still an issue in the personalized skincare routine section. In my routine, the app recommends products; especially under “alternatives”; that are not available in my region. For example, in Step 4 (SPF), the recommended sunscreen is not purchasable where I live, and the same applies to the suggested alternatives.
As a result, the algorithm sometimes recommends only products that cannot be purchased in my country.It is a bit confusing. While this isn’t a major problem, it’s like a small pebble in the shoe.
Easy to overlook, but it still affects how smooth the overall experience feels.
I hope this feedback is useful and helps improving the app.

I really am extremely grateful and happy I found this app. It’s one of the first apps ever I find to be very useful and I actually use every day. I use this app when I’m shopping in stores like Marshalls and Burlington when they have a large variety of namebrand and offbrand products so I use the app scanning section to scan product to see what works for me, which is with the whole point of using the app and I really love it

Previously wrote a one star critical review regarding confusion around online purchase of what I thought was an opportunity to buy a bundle of products but it was actually just a subscription fee that then allows you to purchase bundles which is not what I can afford and not what I thought I was paying for. I did give feedback that more clarity was needed about what you are purchasing online because you don’t know until you pay that there’s more steps and money you have to pay. I gave a 4 because I appreciated how fast they responded and immediately wanted to resolve my complaint and refund me. And it felt like it was a real person on the other side following up. They’re not the only company that has this confusing online purchasing process but so far I think they’re the only ones that get back really fast and you don’t have to argue. I appreciated the customer service.

They charged me $54.99 for subscription which I didn’t wanted to purchase by just clicking on instagram add. Please don’t click on any of their social media add they charge money instantly and $26.99 for some stupid product guide which you really don’t feel of need. They charged me total $81.98 straight and when I emailed they just responded that your subscription is cancelled. I sent several emails asking for the refund but they don’t response on this issue. I am extremely disappointed with Lóvi and their customer service. I would have bought some products for me for this money which got wasted because of just one click on instagram add.
However they have made my refund process and I have received the money thank you Lóvi for taking my request into consideration quickly.

This company took £59.98 from my account at once. I only clicked on their stupid, deceptive Instagram ad post and they charged me £59.98 just for scanning my face. I've emailed them over and over again. They refused to refund my money. I did not use their service. If you see their ad on Instagram, Facebook or any social media please don't click they will scan your face and charge you.
Update on my last review, my £59.98 has been refunded

I could even open the app asking need to login with codes which I never received…
Then I asked for refund but they say it’s not eligible. I don’t know why, no valid reason.

I am waiting on a response about canceling a subscription which was supposed to be products purchased. I selected product, applied a discount code provided by Lovi along with free shipping. The confirmation email stated my charge is for a subscription not product itself. Lovi’s response when I asked for shipment date since I was actually buying product, was that my purchase was not for product but for their skincare app. Products are ordered through other means and/or websites. Then why was my cart and order summary shown for products and free shipping. A subscription was not a part of the cart and order summary.

Customer service is useless - kid signed up to this via an Instagram ad and paid. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because of the “money back policy”. Not helpful at all, after a genuine mistake, was like talking to robots.

I just made payment on the website and I tried to open the app but they are not sending any code to my email and my money is gone, but I wrote to them and asked for a refund and I did, at least they are honest

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi. I was automatically charged €39.99, even though I expected a one-time payment of €19.99 and haven’t used the app at all. I haven’t received a response to my emails. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable!!
