Terrible terrible company. You think you're ordering from a company in Texas when it's really a company in Wuhan China. I ordered on December 16th and on January 18th I get an email saying it's in Des Moines Iowa on its way to me. I'm going to try and get a refund

Soooooo disappointed in this company. Says it’s based in the U.S. but now my order is in Belgium! Kicking myself for not reading the reviews first. One item was out of stock, but NOT when I ordered it. One was cute Dachshund Christmas shirt and since this is 12/26, I’ll be sending that back. The other is a hoodie for my son’s birthday (1/02/26) and I doubt that will even make it in time. Yes, they did refund my money right away for the out of stock item. A+ for that. Stick with Amazon.

This company claims they are based in Kerrville, TX, but my shipment originated in Denmark! The shirt is a cute design, but very cheaply made. I ordered towards the beginning of October thinking I would have it by Halloween, and it finally arrived Nov. 1st. Make sure you do your research before ordering from companies such as this one.

Have attempted to contact them for a week now. Just want to exchange for larger size. Replies have nothing to do with what I'm requesting! They mention photos I sent, etc. I sent nothing, just a request. Then they offer me $11 on an order over$100! They suggested i give the items to someone!!! Terrible customer service!

shirt was poor quality, wrong size, imported not based in Texas as implied. refused to refund price or have it returned offered $3 ?

Shirts are horrible quality, print looks super cheap, marketing is great, not anywhere close to reality. Won’t refund me, but offered $7 back on a $50+ purchase. NOT BASED IN KERRVILLE, Tx.as they claim.
