Fake jacket and it's a Chinese store

After I buy a suede leather jacket,I waited for delivery, after I got the jacket it wasn't suede or leather,it was cheap fake plastic looks like leather material,I asked the client service to give me the retour address dirección so I could send it back and a refund,they didn't provide me the retour address information and no refund compensation, it's not the US store but this is a Chinese company with fake cheap jackets,and bad customer service don't buy from this company
